  The machines are old and need to be updated. It should not require me having a uncomfortable and quite judgy conversation with the security attendant. Also I should not have to feel like I am being held hostage because the machine will not take my very valid credit card.

  Completely stuck in the lot. The call button doesn’t work. The phone number for Laz parking says the voicemail is not set up. This is the worse parking lot ever….the lines are backed up and people are all having trouble unless you work in the building. This is ridiculous and should be illegal to hold you hostage in a parking deck with no assistance!!!

  This parking garage was built with the adjacent building to serve that building and nothing else. There is no other parking around and no other reason to park here. Yet, you are required to pay to park in this otherwise uncongested area. This is getting out of hand. I won't be coming back.

  I have been parking here regularly for medical appointments and have been double charged by their system no fewer than twice at this point. If you pay to park here, make sure to keep as many receipts or entry tickets as possible and check your credit card account/statement as soon as possible so that you can deal with any double charges.

  The Piedmont West parking garage provides paid parking and access to the Piedmont West Medical Center. Automated machines provide tickets on entry with paid tickets required to exit. Visitors may pay for parking with their ticket at the machines outside the 1st floor lobby entrance, or using the automated system at the gate on exit. The gates are not staffed. Access to the Medical Center from the garage is available on P1 or P3. It’s worth noting that the third floor of the parking garage (P3) enters on the 2nd floor of the Medical Center near the main entrance of this location’s OrthoAtlanta office.
