If something serious happens that puts you out of a vehicle these people will not only not take responsibility but leave u stranded on the side of the road everything is on u if they mess up it’s your fault I repeat they will not take responsibility.

I witnessed them double-checking each other and verbally confirming each step was covered, including checking my air filters and windshield wipers which they were not pushy on, but definitely still got my wipers replaced since it had been a minute! Felt confident in the work and they offered extra services that I politely declined. Great team!

The reason I cannot give 5 stars is because I watched them take my engine air filter cap off to check the filter. I'm glad they did check that. But they didn't tighten the 7 screws on that cap. For a month, my engine was flooded with air, sounded off, and my gas milage dropped. The screws were so loose, I'm suprised they didnt fall out in that time. Luckily I figured out the problem before taking it to a mechanic and spending who knows how much money on that. This mistake is unacceptable.

But Jerome completely changed that experience for me. He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from the moment I pulled in. He took care of everything, made sure all my filters were replaced, walked me through what they were doing, and had me in and out in about 10 minutes. Truly the fastest, easiest oil change I’ve ever had with a fleet car. The whole team here is great, but Jerome was exceptional. If you need a quick oil change or honest, efficient service, this is definitely the place to bring your car. Highly recommend!
