Omw Roadside Assistance & Mobile Tire Service left me frustrated, overcharged, and completely disappointed. The level of unprofessionalism was unreal. From the moment they showed up, nothing went right. The communication was terrible, the service was sloppy, and the prices made absolutely no sense for the quality they delivered — which was basically nonexistent. I walked away feeling like my time, money, and patience had all been wasted. I’ve never dealt with a company that felt this disorganized and careless. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, even in an emergency. Save yourself the headache and call literally anyone else.
