As far as my oil change, steps were definitely missing but that’s because energy was going into working old equipment. This is honestly the worst one I’ve been too. Again the employee was nice and kind a customer friendly. Just the facility itself is worn down.
- JVJustin VilardiJan 2, 20261.0Absolutely never go here, I got a coupon to get 30$ off a oil change at jiffy lube i figured it can be that bad, so i bring my audi in for a oil change and they do it and i leave, the next day im stoped at a light smoking out the hood i pull off to see oil all throughout my engine bad burning off everywhere, i limped the car home and then had a mechanic come out to look at it. Oil filter was re installed wrong causing a big oil leak from the filter, now i just payed 100$ for a oil change that i just lost almost all of the oil in my engine bay, and another 400$ for someone to come out and look at it diag it for a hour and a half to figure out jiffy lube created this problem, this could completely mess your car up please be warned as i am now going to be close to 800$ in on a 100$ oil change done poorly. Will be going to cooperate
