Process was fine at first, but the service dept did not call us when car was done, we called but was only able to leave a message (and that someone would get back to us in a day or two‼️) … then we drove to Jarrett/Lincoln only to find the service dept was closed 😡 our car was parked outside. Luckily the Ford side was open and we had manager get keys for Lincoln side to get our car keys. Haven’t had this experience ever when dropping off car for service. The website said service dept was open till 7pm, but that wasn’t case for the Lincoln service dept, unfortunately
