  I have attempted to call your facility and it was an absolute atrocity. You are trying to modernize the most archaic business on Earth by making people fumble around with an AI and call center in Bangladesh. It would be easier to cure world hunger than to figure out whether or not you have a part that stands across hundreds of vehicles and years. The only reason you survived is because you're likely one of the only yards left on planet earth.

  Brandon and Kenny at the U-Pull & Pay West Palm Beach, FL was kind and helpful since my husband and I went to purchase a bumper on 12/27/2025 at 5:17pm. Customer service was 5 star ⭐️ cause they took care of us and gave us two bottle waters on the house. -Morales Family

  My first time going to U pull Auto parts greatest experience I’ve ever had and an auto salvage yard so many vehicles to choose from the manager was so tentative. I watched him deal with all the customers that were in there. I’ve been in business for 23 years and great guy to have as a manager, I believe his name was Carlos When I was a young man I used to restore cars. I was from Staten Island in New York dealt with every auto salvage yard in Staten Island. Great place gave it a five star rating the manager I give 10 stars

  Hello good evening ! if I could rate it zero stars , that’s exactly what I would rate it . The most saddest part is the customer service was absolutely amazing from the young lady who had helped us she showed us exactly the car we were looking for until we ran into a bigger problem the pictures that are shown are not what the cars look like when you get into the yard , I must say I was very disappointed because the specific part I was looking for appeared to be in the most perfect condition but going out to the yard it was not , now this being my first time ever even in a junkyard and I decide to come here hoping to have a wonderful stress less experience was not that, I go and then ask the man to be refunded the admission or a simple sorry or an explanation as to why was I shown a car that’s in perfect condition but it is not that when you actually see the car , he replies with “it’s a junkyard “ with absolutely no care . I understand it is a junkyard but the fact their is no prior advisory that the cars in the pictures are not what they may seem when you get out their is a total rob , and a very easy fixable problem so customers do not get robbed and waste their time here thinking the part is their . I am highly disappointed for it being my first time here and I usually don’t write reviews but this experience was horrible .

  You guys are always my first choice when it comes to buying used parts, BUT... there's one thing i don't like and i think it's an easy fix on your end. It's the fact you only present one picture of the cars you have on the yard. For example, i was looking to buy a set of rims from a car but the picture you have only shows the front of the car. I can't see if the car has rims nor if they're the model I'm looking for.
