After waiting two hours, they told me everything looked fine except for a faulty valve stem, which they replaced for free. Ricky was polite and helpful, and I originally left a positive review based on that interaction. However, when I got back in my truck, the TPMS light was still on. I assumed there must be a bad sensor and that they had, of course, aired up the low tire. Turns out, they hadn’t. After all that time, they handed the truck back to me without even putting air in the low tire I brought it in for. That’s unacceptable. Our company buys all its tires from Tire Kingdom, and we rely on them for out-of-state runs. If a shop can’t be trusted to perform something as basic as airing up a low tire, how can I trust them to tighten lug nuts properly? Very disappointing experience.
