I paid for parking in the Brightline garage operated by SP+ in November 2024. in January I received a letter from a collection agency stating that I still owed the $50 parking fee PLUS an additional $50 penalty. I contacted SP+ and was greeted by an extremely unprofessional person who simply asked "What's the problem?". I explained my predicament and the call was disconnected without an answer. This is an extremely bad business model. My issue remains unresolved!
- MSMarni SnyderDec 23, 20241.0No gates are accepting Sun Pass (system obviously down) but they are yelling at us that we lost our ticket and charging us 17 dollars. This is a total disgrace. They can’t figure out their own system when all of the cars backed up can tell what is going on. Pathetic.
