  Customer service is dead? Not yet- I found it alive and well at Tire Kingdom at 2348 S.Tamiami Trail in Venice. I recently showed up without an appointment, flat golf cart tire in hand. Service rep Legend assessed the tire and looked for the correct work code in the computer, only to find there was not an option for golf carts. She continued to search and assured me they would work it out. Meanwhile, Technician Daemyen arrived and asked what the issue with the tire was. Without hesitation he grabbed the tire and exited to the service area. I let Legend know I had some errands while they worked on the tire and would be back in an hour. Once I arrived, the tire was repaired and waiting in the lobby for me. As I reached for my credit card, Legend told me there was no way for them to charge me. When I told her that I did not have cash with me, Manager Matt S. interceded and said there is no charge- it was their pleasure to fix the tire. I was flabbergasted. In a world measured by dollars and cents, it is refreshing to find caring folks who go out of their way to take care of each other. I cannot say enough about this team. Give them your business- you won’t be disappointed.

  I just want to give a shout out to Matt S for taking the time to examine a punctured tire that I had that the very rude service tech at Tire Choice down the street said no one would touch and not repairable.I believe he just didn’t want to take the time as he was the only one working. It was a newer tire so I decided to get a second opinion and took it then to Tire Kingdom and it was absolutely repairable and they even double checked to make sure no shavings on the inside before saying if they could or not. No shavings found which the other guy said he guaranteed they would find. Nope none. Anyway thank you Matt and team for taking the time and inspecting it first to give me a definitive answer. I know where we will be coming next with our tire needs.

  I had an excellent experience at Tire Kingdom thanks to Matt. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what my car needed without any pressure or upselling, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, the pricing was fair, and Matt made sure everything was done right before I left.

  I was distraught having been just dropped off by AAA as my tire blew up! Matt S immediately helped, reassured me they could help and back home to my husband with Alzheimer’s. He was so honest in offering services with the tires and the recommendations for future. As an older woman Tire King notably Matt at the front desk is where you need to go! I’ve already told my neighbors.

  So Friday on my way to work I had a blow out. I was driving my daughter’s vehicle and it was 4:15pm. I was 25 min from work and we live 15 min the other direction. I puked into WaWa which is next door to Tire Kingdim and parked the vehicle. I called home to tell my daughter and have them come rush me to work. Meanwhile I walked into Tire Kibgdim to get a quote on a new tire. My daughter is a single mom and finances are tight for both of us right now. We usually go to Walmart and in fact the tires she had in it just ran out of Road Hazard warranty. A nice lady gave me a quote if $196 and said that could do it pretty quick cause they weren’t that busy. I said thank you and I would call my daughter to see what she wanted to do. My father was driving her to me so she could put spare in and he could take me to work. She did not have $209 to downs in Friday for a tire so we decided to put spare on and she would go get a used tire. Well done nice guys at WaWa tried to put spare on for me but the lugnut wrench in her car didn’t match. So I went to work and they told WaWa we would be back in the morning. Next day she went and bought a 4 way and her Boyfriend went to put spare on but lugnuts were stripped. So my dad drove over and went back to Tire Kingdim to ask for help and a man employee came over to the vehicle and said your gonna hate this but you have to tow it to Ford and they are the only ones who can fix it. My dad is 82 and not a mechanic.i told my daughter no way go buy these other tools at autozone and that should work. Well it didn’t. They don’t the entire day Friday any almost $75 to try and get minutes off and my daughter was devastated. Told WaWa it would be there another day. This morning, Saturday, my daughters boyfriend called Tire Kungdim before calling a tow truck and the employee stated that the reason they chose not to help her yesterday was that I had yelled at them that there prices were to high. This never happened. I am filing a complaint with corporate. I dint know where this man got his info. The lady was very nice to me and I in no way said anything other than I had to call and give my daughter the info cause it’s not my vehicle. I am now so angry. He straight up lied to my dad and my daughter. Refused to help. I want the video of our conversations in their lobby and this employee to be fired. Maybe there was someone else with a flat but this was just so wrong in d dry way. I missed work today because we couldn’t get it fixed. Since they did end up helping my dad purchased her two new Tires with Tire Lingdim after all but that just makes me upset that we gave them business when they refused to help a young girl with stripped lugnuts when they had every way to fix the tire. Bottom line they are liars. I wish I had the employees name. I wasn’t there I was home babysitting so she could get the tire fixed. Just know the kind of people your dealing with at the Venice location. They are definitely dishonest!!!’
