  I went in to get a scheduled oil change at this location and as I’ve never been there before when you pull in it brings you through the back entrance. I waited out in the back thinking it was the front for a few minutes and did not see anyone so I pulled to the the side and walked through the shop as many car shops you get to the main office going in through the shop, didn’t see anyone so I didn’t know. Again, never been here before. As I got to a workers desk in the shop, Edison, came up to me and said “what are you doing?” As I just said I’m just looking for an oil change. He was very condescending and rude saying “well maybe you should start by pulling your truck around and going through the front like everyone else does.” I apologize and said I’ve never been here and didn’t see anyone for a couple minutes. Again him being rude and condescending rather than just leading me to the right direction and being nice about it he says well it’s not here go around. I then told him alright well I’ll just go to a different tire kingdom in which I did he said well I hope you go through the front door on that one. Rude, condescending, terrible costumer service, and genuinely not a good person as I tried to apologize at first saying I’ve never been there before. Ultimately went to the tire kingdom on E Venice Ave, however they were busy but very helpful and recommended to come to Mavis in Venice on Tamiami. In and out in 25 minutes great customer service, told them about my experience at both places and they profusely apologized. Definitely will not be returning. It’s a shame how one person can ruin an experience for a whole store because over the phone the person scheduling my original oil change at this location seemed very helpful and nice.

  I had a great experience with Matt and his team at Tire Kingdom. My car started losing air yesterday and by this morning it had gotten much worse. I was really stressed, but when I called them, they were able to get me in right away without any hassle. From the moment I arrived, Matt and his team were professional, friendly, and very attentive. They took the time to do an honest and thorough diagnosis, clearly explained what was going on with my car, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I really appreciated their transparency and the way they made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. The service was efficient, trustworthy, and genuinely customer-focused. It’s not always easy to find a place where you feel completely comfortable and well taken care of, but this team truly delivered. I would absolutely recommend Matt and Tire Kingdom to anyone who needs reliable car service — without any doubt.

  I stopped in, because my Equinox had a hole in the Back left tire, I couldn’t afford a new tire at the time & I had my 4 y.o with me!! I have never been to Tire Kingdom before, but wanted to see if I could get it patched! When the other 2 associates were done patching up the tire.. I went to pay and Matt said don’t worry about it & I just wanted to cry, because it meant so much to me while I was going through a hard time, NOT ONLY does tire kingdom have amazing associates they have compassionate human beings & for that I am most Thankful! I would’ve never been able to drive back to NP if it wasn’t for Matt! He is Godsend and the other 2 as well, I was there maybe 30 minutes at most.

  Ran over a nail and ended up with a flat tire. They gave great recommendations as my tires seemed to be at the end of their thread. Got 4 new tires and they found my alignment was leaning way to the left and they corrected it same day! What helpful guys! Matt made sure everything was taken care of!

  I scheduled a tire rotation appointment online with Tire Kingdom and arrived on time for my appointment. When I got there, the associate told me they could not perform the tire rotation because my truck was “lifted.” I explained multiple times that my truck is not lifted and is completely stock height, but he continued insisting it was against company policy for them to work on lifted trucks. I then asked him to show me where this policy was posted. He said he would check and went to the back room. When he came back, he admitted he could not find any posting, but still claimed it was company policy and refused to service my vehicle. Despite explaining again that the truck is standard height, the manager on duty still refused to accept it for a simple tire rotation. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. The staff member was rude and unable to explain or show the policy he kept referencing. Overall, it seemed like they simply did not want to do the work. Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience. I will not be returning to this location.
