I bought 4 tires on November 2024, the tires have 55,000 miles warranty. Daniel installed and balanced the tires, a week later my wife is mentioning the tire feel out of balance, my wife took it back, he rebalanced them, as my wife left the his shop the front tire came off, Daniel had to come across the street to fix the issue, Daniel did not tighten the lug nut properly.
About a few weeks later, the tires still felt out of balance. I took it to Mavis to balance the tires, still something was not right about the tires. I went back to Mavis to check it again, they advised me these tires were defective. I contacted Daniel, told him these tires are defective. He told me to contact the tire manufacture company and deal with them. I told Daniel, I bought the tires from you, you need to replace or pro rate my tires. Daniel said it was not his problem, I need to contact the tire company. Horrible customer service, I would never recommend anyone doing business with him or his company.
You can not run a successful business and keep loyal customers, if you do not treat them right, along with having a bad attitude.

This place is a joke avoid at all costs.
I brought both my wife’s car (4 tires) and my truck (2 tires) here. No issues before. After leaving, both vehicles had TPMS lights on and shook on the highway. I went back, and without even checking, the guy immediately says, “Oh yeah, the sensors are broken.” Wouldn’t even give me 5 minutes of his time.
I took both cars down the street turns out, he just didn’t recalibrate the sensors. They fixed it for $30 each. That should’ve been done in the first place.
Also he’s always got a mad face like he hates being there. If you’re too greedy to hire help and too annoyed to do the job right, maybe stop taking on customers.
You’ve been warned. Go somewhere that actually respects your time and money.

Honest, knowledgeable, great prices, what more do you need from a business? I drive past many shops to get here because of what they do. It’s worth the trip.

★☆☆☆☆ Completely Unprofessional & Disappointing
I came to Worldwide on Hillsborough expecting basic professionalism after paying for FOUR new tires and an oil change. Instead, I left with a TPMS light on and no accountability from the shop.
As soon as I pulled out of the lot, the tire pressure warning came on. When I contacted them, I was told to “just drive it around and it’ll go away.” It didn’t. I came back the next day expecting a quick check or reset instead, they didn’t even look at the vehicle. Not even a scan. Not even an apology.
I gave this shop a chance, spent good money, and received lazy excuses and zero follow-through. For a place that handles tires daily, not resetting or checking the TPMS is basic negligence.
This isn't how you treat paying customers. Won’t be back and I’ll make sure others know what to expect.

Worldwide installed four very expensive Continental ExtremeContact Sport 02 tires purchased from Tire Rack. After installing them they refused to provide a complete receipt for their work. They wouldn’t specify on the receipt what brand/model/size the tires were or note my car’s odometer. This would make warranty coverage from Continental Tire impossible for defects or tread life problems. The shop owner then argued “you should’ve bought the tires from us if you want a complete receipt”. Obviously this is bs so I called Tire Rack to see if they could help. They said they’d never heard such a dumb excuse and sent me an email specifying to write my mileage on the receipt and save their email to prove I’d tried. THANKS Tire Rack! Worldwide: you lost a good customer, forever.
