Wasted so much of my time, horrible customer service and experience. I intentionally was negotiating and asking questions via email to limit time in dealership and was completely bait and switched. They prey on people who aren’t good at numbers which thankfully I can do math. Even though I told them NUMEROUS times I didn’t want longer than 60 terms they kept returning quotes at 84 months after saying they’d not do it again. It was almost a joke. Over email I was told 0% financing and then in person told “oh well that’s only if you put 28k down”. Then I was told I needed to raise my budget or go down in trim which is funny because I just today purchased a trim above (black edition) at a different, HONEST dealership with same original budget I went there with. Be careful when shopping here.

I received a holiday special from Westshore Honda for a $14.95 oil change in the mail. When I went to check out. The bill was $119.00. I was upset to say the least. I refused to pay the $119.00 charge. I refused to pay the bill so they sent a manager in to settle the issue. He made a management decision to cut the bill to $70.00 which was again over the standard amount for such an average service. The service rep stated that the Lexus UX 200 uses a high grade oil. at $12.00 a qt. The oil recommended for a Lexus UX 200 SAE OW 20 synthetic. The Lexus 200 requires 5 qts. You can purchase a 5 gallon unit at Walmart $27.48 plus tax. That’s $5.50 a qt. Which the dealer can purchase for much less. I warn the everyday average person to research the company you are putting your trust to make sure they are not blind siding you with their greedy tactics. Can you send this

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re looking for the most seamless, stress-free car buying experience, ask for Assem at Westshore Honda — hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. From the very first phone call, Assem was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and made everything incredibly easy. No pressure, no games, just straight A1 service from start to finish. He stayed on top of every detail, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure I was comfortable and confident every step of the way. The experience didn’t stop with sales either — the finance department was just as smooth and efficient, putting the final touch on what was already a flawless transaction. This is how car buying should be done. Huge shoutout to Assem and the entire Westshore Honda team for setting the bar extremely high. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending Assem to everyone I know. 💯🚗👏

Overall good experience. I worked with John Wilson. I think I was his first sale. Would definately recommend him. He was easy to work with and listened to what I was looking for and we were able to get to the right price fairly quickly The car and color I was looking for was difficult to find and the first nearby dealer that had the car at thenright price had best chance to win my business. John kept me informed of potential delivery times and texted me early morning when it arrived on the lot. Ultimately his dillegence to keep me informed with the latest updates and Westshore’s willingness to negotiate a very competitive price on the car with my trade enabled John and Westshore Honda to earn my business.

Disappointing Experience – Broken Promise on Free Oil Changes After Purchase I bought my Honda from Westshore Honda a short time ago. During the sales process, the salesperson assured me that the vehicle came with two complimentary oil changes and specifically stated I could redeem them at any Honda dealership—not just Westshore. I relied on this promise when finalizing the purchase. Fast forward to needing my first oil change: I booked at Coggin Honda (a different authorized dealer) for convenience. Upon arrival, their service team checked the Honda system and said there was no record of any free oil changes tied to my VIN. I immediately contacted Westshore Honda to resolve it. They told me the offer is dealership-specific and only valid at their location. They acknowledged the salesperson’s statement but said they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) extend it to another dealer or make any exception. This directly contradicts what I was told in writing/sales pitch, and it feels like a bait-and-switch tactic to close the deal. It’s frustrating to deal with this kind of miscommunication (or worse) right after spending tens of thousands on a vehicle. The sales team was friendly upfront, but the lack of follow-through on a simple perk has soured the entire experience. I recommend future customers get every incentive or promotion confirmed in writing and double-check restrictions. I’ll be taking my future service elsewhere.
