I bought a 2025 XC 90 in April and the infotainment system has never worked properly. The car has been picked up by Volvo and taken to the shop to be fixed multiple times and has never been fixed. I paid $76,000 for a car that if I tried to sell it would take a gigantic loss because a critical part of the vehicle is defective. Every person I have spoken to has been nice, polite and tried to help but nobody has the authority to address the problem. This needs to be elevated to Volvo Car USA. I have to wonder how many other people are having the same problems and how many accidents it might have caused. I would like a refund which is what I have asked for from the very beginning. If I had bought a broken vacuum cleaner, I would have been able to return it. If I can’t return the car then at least give me a refund so that I will have only paid what the defective vehicle was worth.
