Kenneth, I received your follow-up email. To be clear, the quote you provided was $11,400 higher than three other Toyota dealerships, whose quotes were all within a few hundred dollars of each other. It seems that you were more interested in pressuring me to visit the dealership in person than in providing a competitive price. This experience is exactly why I prefer to shop online and avoid the traditional dealership environment. I'm posting a review with your quote alongside the three other offers I received to provide an honest account of my experience. I was shopping online for a Toyota Crown Signia Limited. I asked for the outdoor price. They were all on the limited and the only different between them was the color of the vehicle. Here are the outdoor total price I received from 3 different real Toyota dealerships and then there was yours. 3 out of the 4 dealerships were great, hassle free, and very happy to give me a price quickly and I made a purchase!! It wasn't the white one by the way is the color of most my past vehicles I have owned. Courtesy Toyota of Brandon $53,476.56 color Stom Cloud Toyota of Vero Beach $52,647.72 color Black Gettel Toyota Bradenton $52,243.41 color Black Kenneth/ Toyota of Tampa Bay $63,633.82 color White Sincerely, Sue B.

I am very disappointed with an unethical unscrupulous Incident that happened with the vehicle that I purchased recently. It was about seven days after I made my purchase that I realized what these people deceptively did to me. I am waiting to try to get this resolved with them. As a repeat customer that has purchased roughly 5 vehicles between my children, husband and myself from them with me personally getting two within the last year and a half. I am highly disappointed with what happened. I will give them time to resolve this issue and I will update here. I am so disappointed with them.

I spoke with a few sales people here and was left with a less than stellar impression. After expressing my desires I was presented with a proposal that took a $24,000 vehicle to $31,400; almost 24% fees. Of course dealerships have to make money but that's a bit much. Okay, so starts the "negotiations." I am told "recommended PPP" is actually mandatory. This ends the "negotiations" for me. I later notice that several line items to include taxes were inflated. I dodged a bullet but I mistakenly circle back to this dealership (I lost track of which dealerships I'd spoken to) and I get a different person who tries to pressure me into coming in. I explain that I live out of state and I need to see numbers before traveling. He insists that I come in. Finally I ask "does it make sense for me to spend money for travel only to find out that I don't like the deal?" He says "yes." No need to waste energy on someone that slow so I ended that call. He advises the first fellow that I'd called back so he reaches out with the same nonsense about the PPP. I ended the conversation as well. He knew that there was nothing that he was willing to do about the fees so why waste my time? There was so much wrong with these interactions that even after settling on another vehicle in the area I still felt compelled to express my dissatisfaction. They are legitimately EVERYTHING that you've been warned about when shopping for a used vehicle.
