  Needed an oil change on a fleet vehicle without an appointment and they were able to accommodate me and got it done fast. High roof van wasnt an issue, highly recommend.

  I don’t normally leave reviews, but Tire Kingdom really earned this one. I walked in last week because my front tire kept losing air and I also needed an alignment. From the moment I came in, the front desk guy (I think his name was Nate) greeted me right away and actually took the time to explain everything without rushing. They inspected all four tires, showed me the nail that was stuck in one, and instead of trying to upsell me on new tires, they told me it could be safely repaired. That alone showed me they’re honest. I ended up getting two new tires, a patch, and an alignment. They showed me the before and after alignment specs which was pretty cool to see. My car drives straight now and the steering wheel feels tighter and smoother. The waiting area was surprisingly clean, had coffee, and they even had outlets to charge your phone. What really sold me was the follow-up. Two days later, they called to make sure everything was riding well and reminded me about the free rotation and balance that’s included. You don’t get that kind of customer service everywhere nowadays. Fast, friendly, honest, and professional. Tire Kingdom definitely earned my business for anything tire or suspension related in the future.

  Brought my car in to get my tires balanced. They call me & tell me that tires are already balanced & the reason the car is vibrating is because I have mud tires and the noise is normal. Brought my car to the dealership couple days later & they told me the tires are severely out of balance & the back right tire is extremely worn down. They fixed the problem right away. The car is no longer shaking or making that noise. Not sure why this place missed all of those problems. This place has technicians who have NO idea what they’re talking about & obviously are lazy. Do NOT recommend

  Three Letters… Wow. I’ve taken my Acura MDX to many Tire Kingdom and Service shops throughout the years and I have to say that this location is 1,000% my favorite location to go to now. The service is not only quick, but done with precision and care. I was also educated on a few things related to vehicle care that I did not know before. Overall, 100/10! Thank you everybody for your help always!

  1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND! My husband purchased new tires for his car and asked for an alignment. When he picked the car up, he had to wait because the technician didn’t install the tires properly. Once completed, 3 of the rims had damage and the car was not in proper alignment. Took the car back to re-align and it is still not right. They told him to get the rims “repaired” and bring them the receipt. The craftsmanship is obviously lacking and they should NOT be performing service on vehicles if they don’t know what they are doing. Extremely disappointed and I will make sure that everyone knows how awful this location is.
