  Jay was so kind and helpful. I was having a bad day and he assured me my car would be all taken care of. He was beyond attentive. I could tell Jay truly cares to help. I would recommend this location because of him! Thank you so much Jay!!!

  Jay was very helpful. He went out of his way to help repair my flat tire. If he would have not stepped up I would have had to wait an hour. He was great. I appreciated it. Great guy.

  Jay did a great job taking care of me. He went above and beyond normal procedure to look out for me. I came in with a tire that was going flat quickly and not holding air so I needed to get the tire replaced before picking my kids up at school. Jay let me know what the wait time would be (which was over 2 hours) but he would take care of me, which he did. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and guys like Jay are hard to find. I would definitely recommend Jay and this location for work going forward.

  Absolutely terrible customer service don’t ever bring your car here or expect them to warranty your tires when they’re clearly defective. The manger of this location, Mark does not understand basic customer service skills or how to talk to people. We had called this location to discuss a solution to picking up our car after being held there for nearly a week with no progress! Mark had took over the phone from his employee (unannounced), he got mad, and hung up the phone after condescendingly speaking to a customer. The manager is easily frustrated and not level headed - at least two things a person in leadership should never be. This location needs to have a rigorous course in customer service and problem solving. Go somewhere where the manger actually cares about and advocates for their customers THANKS BUDDY!

  I brought my spot utility in to cure issues with front brakes and a clicking noise in the front right suspension of the car. They fixed the brakes so thanks for that, but then they said I had a damaged rear tire that would not be able to be rotated and would likley cause a shake in the car due to the tire damage. As a cure they said that I needed new shocks in the back of the car for another 500 dollars. I got the new rear shocks and then found out that the car drives just fine with this suposed severely damaged tire. I was shown the damage and noticed the slight flattening on some of the inside tread of the tire, but that was over sold and there were no issues with the rear of the car before. There is nothing wrong with the driving and no shaking at any speeds. There is still a sound in the front right suspension of the car which was 50% of the reason I brought it in. So about $1,100.00 later I have new front brakes, new rear shocks and a squeak noise still in the front right suspension. Not very pleased with the over selling and lack of attention to the noise in the front suspension. OH, I have a new rubbing noise in the front right tire well. Somehow the mud shields lost a screw during the repair job. Now the wheel rubs the loose mud guard when turning left.
