  Horrible customer service..Michelle is always angry looking and have issues with people, the management at night is even worse the guy with the dreads is a rude one to customers and so is all the girls that works there...they'reRUDE and alwayscallingthe police on someone whos sittinglonger than 15 minutes....they claim the alarm goes off if you sit longer than 15 minutes..worst racetrack in the university area avoid @ all cost

  This was my first time stopping at this location for a quick bite and some gas. I’m usually hesitant to stop at gas stations at night because you never know what you’ll run into, but Michelle completely changed that for me. She was incredibly polite and even helped me get something to eat even though the kitchen was already closed. I really appreciate her kindness and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her. If you stop by this location, ask for Michelle — she’s awesome.

  This gas station has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I pulled up to pump gas, but the attendant run outside in a few minutes screaming at me, claimed that "someone else" had already put $4 worth of gas on my pump (supposedly while "transferring" from pump 2 or something), and demanded I pay her in cash to cover it, even though I hadn't pumped anything and had no part in whatever happened before I arrived. When I calmly asked for an official document, receipt, or any proof of the supposed previous transaction (since this wasn't my fault or responsibility), she refused and became extremely disrespectful and aggressive. Instead of resolving it, she walked away to the kitchen to sell sandwiches to other customers, completely ignoring me. Then, after ignoring me, as more people came in, she started loudly telling everyone around that I was a "bad person" and making a scene. The situation escalated to the point where she literally ran out of the station screaming at me like a complete psycho. This was unhinged, unprofessional, and felt borderline like an attempt to pressure/scam customers into paying for someone else's gas with no proof. I refused to pay without documentation (which any legitimate business should provide), and left without getting gas. I prior asked her to simply process transaction for me to fill up to $70 (since there is an issue with that station), but she outright refused, said "have a nice day" in a sarcastic/dismissive tone, and wouldn't handle the sale. She then started running around the station, screaming and yelling about me being a "bad person" or similar accusations in front of other customers, creating a chaotic and intimidating scene. Avoid this place if you value basic respect and fair treatment. Management needs to address this employee's behavior urgently, it's not okay to treat customers this way or make false accusations in front of everyone.
