Porsche Tampa sold me a pre-owned vehicle. When I got home I started to receive low oil 18% notifications! Why? I was assured the car was fully serviced before being sold as it’s the industry standard. It now obvious the car was never fully checked or serviced. I feel like the sales guy thought I was a "dumb" customer who would overlook things and not return. I also purchased a warranty thankfully because you can never trust what a sales guy tell you. Liam, the manager is correcting the issue but still, I am disappointed and lost trust in this place immediately.

Just bought a 2016 GT3 RS CPO'd for 2 years. High beams weren't working so bought it to Tampa Porsche. Initial experience was great, they let me sit and wait while the diagnosed and then found the issue was wiring harness issue and took about an hour to fix. Great, was very pleased. Got a follow up text asking for a review or feedback IIRC. Happened to be walking by the car a few days later and recalled the text so took a quick look at the headlight and noticed it was popped out about 1/2". Turns out the tech didn't seat it back properly. I then popped the frunk and looked and also noticed a missing trim piece from the interior frunk. I texted the service guy on Sat when I realized this. He apologized and asked when I could bring it back to make it right. I told him I was familiar with these lights from a GT2 I had so was going to try to put it back in properly. He said that was fine and he'd reach out and let me know he mailed the interior trim part on Monday. All is good. I thought I fixed the light and told him that but also felt it there may be a bigger issue with it to which he said to let him know if that's the case. I drove the car and came back home and the light was popping out again. I sent the service guy a text telling him it was out again and never got any response. I finally looked and was able to get the light seated properly again the next day. I never told the service guy this. No follow up all week from Porsche of Tampa, no telling me they'd shipped the missing trim piece, no follow up asking when I can bring the car in. Here we are Friday and I follow up and service guy says he was waiting on me to follow up and schedule and appointment to bring the car back in. I asked for a manager to follow up and was told he was already informed, yet again, I've heard nothing all week long. Sad when a customer gets the car back with an issue it didn't have before and the customer has to fix it. On top of that, I'm stuck tracking down and buying the missing trim piece. Hopefully it's still for sale and not discontinued. What initially was a great experience turned out to not be. I won't be back myself.

BAD SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I usually have great things to say about Porsche and Porsche service ! However this is NOT the case . I recently move to Tampa. After living in FT Lauderdale for 30 years. My 2013 Porsche , 911 Carrara S Cabriolet was bought from Champion Porsche in 2014 and for 11 years I experienced some of the finest and most professional , Thorough and reliable service there. On October 30 ,I bought my 911 in for routine service , a simple OIL Change . After the work was done that Day, I drove directly home , a short 10 miles. The next day , October 31 I drove to my Daughters house , 3 miles AWAY AND RETURNED HOME A FEW HOURS LATER . As I exited the car I noticed the Left rear Headlight Assembly, HANGING down , only held on by the power core . I inspected the rear of the car and found NO damage or indication on Any Contact from any external sources. Puzzled but not concerned I was able to easy place the assembly back into place with a mere gentle push, hearing in snap into place. The 911 is not an every day driver . I have less than 39800 mile and average less then 4000 mile miles a year. I baby it and it’s always been garbage keep. Several days later, only after driving it several miles, the same thing happened again. Puzzled again it easily went into Place. When this happened a third time , I contacted my service adviser and told him what was happening and sent him pictures of the tail assembly. I now noticed that a small red piece of plastic was missing exactly where the screw would go into to hold it in place . The tail assembly locks in from one side by the hooked portion of the tail assembly and is secured on the opposite side by a screw which is threaded into the assembly on the opposite side. This portion had broken off and remained attached still inside and under the spoiler. In order to do an oil change and service the vehicle, this area is in constant contact with the service Technician. As this is the only way to get to the oil area , to complete the oil change and service . NOTE several pictures were sent to the service advisor. After waiting 4-5 days for a response, I got this !! “LOOKING OVER THE PICTURES AND SPEAKING WITH THE TECH,WE DO NOT BELIEVE THE DAMAGE HAPPENED UNDER OUR POSSESSION……..WE DO NOT HAVE AN EXPLANATION OF WHY IT BROKE BUT IT COULD BE AS SIMPLE AS FATIGUE OVER TIME AND FAIL. HOW CONVENIENT! And they hope I will understand. Never ever would I bring my 911 back to a business like this that doesn’t stand by it WORK. Obviously They are NOT THOROUGH, RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL.
