On [September 27th], an employee named Steven was extremely rude to us. After we explained that we had already paid for our parking spot, he abruptly closed the service window on us without any further explanation or assistance. To make matters worse, Steven then called security on us even though we had already provided proof of payment. The security staff, in contrast, demonstrated far better communication and professionalism and helped clarify the situation without issue. This behavior from Steven was unprofessional and discourteous, and it left us frustrated and confused. I hope you will address this matter and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and provided with clear, courteous communication in the future. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
