To confirm everything was in order, I personally spoke with the Store Manager, Christopher, who reassured me the vehicle was secured. While on the phone with him, I sent a $5,000 deposit to hold a Levante Trofeo. We live in Miami, and based on this confirmation, I booked a hotel in Orlando for my entire family to travel that weekend to complete the purchase. I also prepared my Range Rover for trade-in, including new tires and an oil change. Less than 24 hours later, I was informed that the vehicle had been sold to someone else. This is extremely unprofessional, shows a lack of integrity, and reflects a dealership that does not honor its commitments. I strongly recommend avoiding doing business with this dealership.
