    They were great! Fast, and seamless experience with everyone there, no games with upfront costs was a huge plus for me. While I had all my financing and things lined up, they provided a MINT barely used vehicle for my wife. I just popped in and signed. They even cleaned it to showroom quality, and even changed the oil (less than 5k miles on a 2025). Professional and even had plenty of snacks for my kiddos while we signed. Got some cool gifts too! Def recommend doing biz w/ them!

    Possibly the worst and most corrupt experience of my entire adult life owning cars. While closing my moonroof in my driveway a piece of the roof mechanism fell into my lap? no big deal as it shut normally. I called and scheduled an appointment the previous week so that I could drop my Range Rover off over the weekend so they could have it right away for my Monday appointment. End of the day Monday I hear nothing so I call and was told they have a lot of cars waiting? so why did they give me an appointment ? Zach proceeds to tell me there is as $325 diagnostic fee which I tell him I don't need as I just need the part that fell off replaced? He looks and sees I have an extended warranty and says it will be covered under that, I say OK. Gets all the way to THURSDAY and they say the part needs to be ordered. meaning the part I supplied them with in the first place ? I say I need my truck for the weekend so I need to come get it and will bring it back when the part arrives. As I get there Thursday evening to pick up my truck I'm told now that the extended warranty I purchased does not cover the part nor the $325 diagnostic that I did not need performed! I am then presented with a estimate for $811.00 which I refuse. Now my truck is being held for Ransom for this $325 diagnostic test that was not needed or requested for which I'm now forced to pay to get my truck released. SO... to end this nightmare I go on Ebay and purchase the part for a staggering $41 dollars and then proceed to have the local collision shop have it installed in less than 5 minutes with NO tools even needed. After telling the shop my story they refused to even charge me for installing the clip on part showing they care about their customers. I do not use the term CORRUPT lightly but that is exactly what this Service Department is. No apologies and not even a return call from the Service Manager as i requested ... BUYER BEWARE !

    Be very mindful when you get a loaner from this service department. While they take a video of the loaner, I suggest you take you own video and call out every small amount of damage you see inside and out. We got a loaner with a crack in the windshield that was not visual from their video, so we had to file a claim with our insurance to fix the damage even though it was there when we received the loaner. Just be sure to protect yourself from having to cover someone else's damage.

    My experience with David Os si has been terrible. In the last three years and under the illusion of competence this dealership has done e ormous damage to my classic P38 Range Rover. I WILL NOT retur there and I cannot endorse this dealership to anyone. DAVID OSSI has proven to me that he is a charleton berift of any real brand or vehicle knowledge. One needs only to google Meta to see his past performance regarding competence and customer service reviews. When Vivian Reeves owned Tampa Land Rover she was a class act. Now that Morgan Auto Group owns it they don't care about customer satisfaction. My experience has been the worst. I'VE LIED TO, OVER CHARGED, MY VEHICLE HAS BEEN DAMAGED. Never again and I will continue to warn others. Update. Having read this dealer response I am in complete disbelief at the shear mendacity of this response . The dealership was compelled to "release" the General Manager from his employment while impuninh my integrity. This after 30 years of having one of my two Range Rovers maintained at this dealership. My post regarding any personal endorsement still stands.

Khristina kept me informed throughout and ensured everything was handled with care. Highly recommend her and the team for top-notch service!
