    They have a large inventory, including some really great, ready-to-go Jeeps. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely frustrating. We were there for nearly three hours, and the entire process moved painfully slow. There were far too many sales tactics and games, which ultimately left a very bad impression. This was our third visit, and we received the same treatment every time. Each time we asked to test-drive a vehicle, the staff struggled to locate the keys, often taking 30 minutes or more just to find them. While the variety of inventory and available options is a plus, everything else about the experience was so difficult that I would choose any other dealership over this one. They eventually attempted to work with us on pricing after multiple frustrating back-and-forths, by that point we were so irritated that we were ready to leave. We did not purchase a vehicle, and based on our experiences, we will not be returning. Perhaps the experience improves once you buy a car, but we wouldn’t know—and we won’t be purchasing from them in the future.

    We walked in to browse because we saw a wrangler online we liked. We had previously been told not to go here because they tack on a bunch of fees and are shady. We walked to the counter and asked to see some inventory and were greeted by salesman Dominick. He was polite, not pushy and showed us everything we asked for. The sales manager Mike came in to introduce himself before any negotiations happened. We told them where we wanted to be and they made it happen. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. We walked out with a new Jeep on what we felt was our terms. The only thing I was disappointed about was two things. They told me they would give me 90 days no payments, that didn't happen. They were able to get 45 days. And Dominick told us he would get us a yeti cup which also didn't happen. There for 4.8 stars Dominick lol. Over all. I would recommend this dealership.

    I had an outstanding experience at Jerry Ulm Dealership, and a huge part of that was thanks to Alex Greer, my sales representative. Alex was absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable about every truck edition and model on the lot. He truly knew the ins and outs of each option and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever being overwhelming or pushy. Alex genuinely focused on understanding exactly what I was looking for and found me the perfect 2026 RAM 2500 LARAMIE. I truly appreciate the time and effort he spent helping me make the right decision, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The dealership itself has a massive inventory with a wide variety of vehicles, options, and features to choose from—especially for commercial trucks. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and enjoyable from start to finish. Five stars for Alex Greer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and Jerry Ulm!!! I highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for an amazing, stress-free vehicle buying experience. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, particularly a commercial truck, this dealership is absolutely worth the visit.

    I am posting this review to warn Florida consumers about my experience in the finance office at this dealership. After purchasing my vehicle, I discovered that an optional “Premium Protect Plus” protection plan (approximately $1,995) had been added to my contract. While the paperwork states the product is optional and not required to purchase or finance the vehicle, this was not clearly disclosed during signing and was effectively buried among the documents. When I attempted to exercise my right to cancel this optional product, the dealership refused to process the cancellation or refund, despite Florida consumer protection standards requiring clear disclosure of optional add-on products and prohibiting them from being represented as mandatory. I followed proper procedures and contacted both the dealer and the administrator. The refusal to assist after the sale raises serious concerns about transparency and compliance with Florida consumer laws. Florida buyers should be extremely cautious, carefully review every line item in the finance paperwork, and question any add-on products before signing. Transparency and good-faith business practices matter. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

    I wanted to leave a review to share both my initial frustration and the positive way it was ultimately handled. At the time of purchasing my vehicle, I was told I would receive a second key fob at no charge, but that I would need to return to the dealership to have it programmed. When I came in, they were unable to provide the key and said they would contact me once the locksmith had it available. Unfortunately, I never heard back for several months. I was later contacted with a sales/trade-in email, and I replied asking to be removed from the list while also mentioning the unresolved key fob issue. Shortly after, the sales manager, Nate Shockey personally reached out to me and made it a priority to take care of the situation. He was professional, responsive, and followed through on getting my key fob issue resolved. While the process took longer than it should have initially, I truly appreciate the effort Nate made to correct the issue and ensure I was taken care of. That level of customer service and accountability made a big difference, and I’m grateful it was handled properly in the end.
