Set an appt Monday when I bring it in they tell me it’ll be 24-48 hours before they can look at it . Weird you wouldn’t mention that especially when you don’t offer rentals . I tell them I will bring it back Wednesday if that’s when they have an opening they say fine and we set another appt. When I bring the truck in again they tell me it’ll be 24-48 hours before they can look at it. How in the world does that make sense to any person what an absolute waste of time. Terrible way to operate.

My husband and I had a great experience buying a car here today! We worked with Rob, who was awesome throughout the entire process. He has a great personality and we would happily work with him in the future.
We spoke with the manager, D, who was very reasonable and super pleasant to work with. Yan handled the financing and he was great as well.
I would highly recommend this dealership!
First time having a bad experience at this dealership. I will tell you they have lost my service. I have purchased numerous cars from them. But today I had an appointment at 10 am for an oil change. I arrive at 955 they took the truck back and at 145pm they come and tell me they want to put me in a loaner vehicle. After my whole day is gone now. So I leave to run some errands and then not even an hour or so they call and say they are done. Now I have to put gas in this loaner and pay for my vehicle that was kept all day and this is after I was told I wouldn't have to pay for the alignment because they had me there all day. I get there and was told they are filling my truck up since they couldn't give me the alignment free. I get in my truck the gas light is on. Not only is my day gone but I have to pay for an alignment that took them all day and then find the nearest gas station to put gas in my car. I will not be returning to purchase any more vehicles or get my vehicle serviced.

*Update* Car is still in service and I was advised it will be now, until March 2026. Reminder, this car has less than 1,200 miles on it. This post is now above 369 views.
*Update* 12/20/2025 - I was required to pick up my car from the dealership because there "was nothing else they could do" and that I needed to take this Stellantis. I ended up driving the car home and then the airbag alert off before I even got home, saying this now needs to be serviced. I had to turn around and take the car back. I have owned the car 56 days, and it's been in service now for 24 days, 42% of the time that I have owned the car it's been in service.
1. AC noises still unaddressed.
2. Cluster/Infotainment issues still unaddressed.
3. New issue on 12/20 with airbag.

I don't recommend Jeep (and subsequently this dealership) to anyone, unless you want to spend hours of your life on the phone, with a headache, trying to advocate to get your issues addressed without any resolve. I'm extremely disappointed with Jeep CDJR of Tampa Bay. My brand new Jeep, with under 1,200 miles has spent over 20 days in the shop, yet was returned with known issues unresolved. In fact, I made my first car payment while it was in service for 20+days, not getting issues addressed. The service team (while very nice) acknowledged my vehicle's issues; however, stated there was no fix, then redirected me to Stellantis instead of resolving it. I was redirected to address the issue with corporate directly (who is also not helping me) to file a Lemon Law claim. This dealership has avoided accountability and passed the buck... Please, do yourself a favor and don't get a Jeep. Don't just take my word for this. Go on consumer reports and do your research and you will quickly learn that my concerns are not isolated, that this is a poor product/investment. You will be saving yourself hours of stress and disappointment. I am begging for someone to take my concerns seriously and I am being left in the dust, telling me it’s time to pick up my car because there is nothing that can be done to help me.
