    I recently purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata SEL Sport from Hyundai Brandon, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Brandon Parente truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was informative, friendly, and extremely resourceful, and he made the entire car-buying process fast, smooth, and stress-free. I also want to thank Louis Pena, the manager, who worked hard to get me a deal that fit perfectly within my budget. The entire team was attentive to my personal needs, and the finance department was just as helpful, walking me through everything clearly and professionally. I felt supported and respected every step of the way. I highly recommend Hyundai Brandon to anyone looking for a great vehicle and outstanding customer service.

    I don’t have any pictures but I can honestly say I had a good experience. I checked the reviews before I went and they didn’t look well but I saw there were a few people who were consistently mentioned like Alex , so I went and told myself I’d only do it if one of them was there . I so happened to be greeted by Alex as I walked up and asked if he was free and he was ! Non the less told him everything I wanted in a car and my purpose and helped me find the perfect car that he knew I’d love !! The experience was great , everyone was very kind and friendly to me , even those I didn’t work with . I was given such good service and even got complimentary gifts . Hands the best service I’ve ever received , they went above and beyond for me . So if you’re doubting based on the reviews I’d say try for yourself !

    I bought a used 2023 GV70 on 1/1. I love the car but when I went to review my documents, I found they overcharged me by almost $4000 from the advertised price. I have been calling and calling only to be put on hold and no one ever answers. All the sudden my sales rep Dan and Jose in finance have been “off” work multiple days which I find pretty crazy since they both complained about their hours and only having 1 day off a week. I live almost 2 hours from this dealer and will have no choice but to drive the car back and demand they re-work their numbers. This is a very deceptive business practice which I want to warn others about.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Brought my Kona for its first oil change on a Saturday at 830 am with an appointment. Our attendant Dave said he was “still waking up” and appeared very irritated that he had to be at work that morning. Was openly irritated that he had to call for a warranty confirmation and sounded like he would rather be anywhere than there. We made it clear we would be back that day, and were told the car should be done by afternoon. Said we would get a text and call when it’s ready and he verified the number with us. They have both my number on file and an alternate. Cool. Few hours go by, nothing. Figure they’re busy. Few more hours go by, we call, no response. After trying off and on for two hours, we left an unreturned message. Finally make the drive over and they had just closed. Go the next day to the dealership to take the car back. At this point we don’t even know if the oil change was completed or not as not a soul in that building is answering the line and we haven’t gotten any word. Asked to speak to the general manager but he was not in, so we spoke to Tyler. He said the GM was actually his dad, and that if we had spare keys we could take it. But the car was blocked in. Another guy Valen comes out and speaks to us like we are children and basically said it was our fault our car is stuck there and the best he can do is have me get it Monday three full days after dropping it off and AFTER I spend 100 dollars ubering to and from work. The way we were spoken down to and belittled was disgusting. When we finally spoke to the GM Monday he said we could have taken the car through a process Valen refused to do and also that no one who works at this dealership is his son. What was the purpose of lying?? Is it a game, or a joke?? And the cherry on top is after getting the vehicle home I noticed a nail in my tire followed by low PSI. I brought my car here and paid $145 for an oil change because I thought I could trust them over a chain place. Zero communication and zero acceptance of any responsibility. Will lie to your face. Listen to the reviews and go literally anywhere else.

    Outstanding Experience with Todd – Highly Recommend! I recently purchased a brand-new 2026 Hyundai Palisade, and working with Todd made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, Todd was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a family SUV – space, tech features, reliability – and walked me through all the upgrades in the redesigned 2026 model, including the hybrid option and the premium interior. He answered every question thoroughly, arranged a great test drive, and helped me get an excellent deal without any high-pressure tactics.
