If I could rate this experience zero stars I would still say that's too many. I've been taking my 2019 BMW to this location since 2022. My advisor Michael I. was very good in the beginning. We had established a great client to advisor (well I thought so anyway) relationship to the point where we discussed sports medicine from him previously playing sports to now having to go to therapy appointments for chiro adjustments to when my great grandmother passed he expressed his deepest condolences. I've been expressing to Michael that my coolant in my car had started to go a little faster now than before and requested that this be inspected on my last 2 visits (10/24 and 01/25). Michael assured me this was inspected both times and everything was fine, his exact words were "your car has a clean bill of health"! On March 23, I was headed home from running errands when suddenly my car started shaking really bad and my engine started idling bc (thank god I was close to home). I parked my car immediately and scheduled an online appointment with the BMW dealership of Tampa (what a mistake). I called the next morning advising them my car would be towed in and explained my concerns. Michael wasn't in that Monday so my car wasn't technically looked at until Tuesday March 25 (which was no issue, I preferred to work with my advisor) I received a texted message from Michael on 3/25 at 11:44 am advising there was a small coolant leak (need I remind you I just asked Michael to inspect this not even 90 days prior to having the vehicle towed to them. I hadn't even put 1,000 miles on my car since the visit). At 11:52 am, I received a video from the mechanic showing that additional work needed to be done on the vehicle. I waited on a call from Michael all day instead he decides to text at the end of his work shift with a $6,000 invoice showing me their findings. I was livid! I wait all day just to receive a text message and I have yet to hear anything from Michael till this day! At this point I didn't want anymore dealings with BMW of Tampa. I did some research and decided to have my car towed to Fox Motors Bimmer Specialists. I reached back out to BMW to speak with Michael because I paid $331 for the diagnostic along with $180 for the tow I just needed to understand why wasn't any of this mentioned on my previous visits and was my request for an inspection ever fulfilled? I called three times too many requesting for a call back (I left messages with other advisors to have Michael give me a call back when he was available) Michael never followed up. I called back and requested a manager, but the young lady said Alah wasn't available so she transferred me to their assistant manager Bob. I spoke with Bob and expressed my concerns in regards to my experience with my car. He placed me on hold reviewed the video from the most recent diagnostic and the visit from 1/04/2025, when he came back to the line he admitted that all the issues that he's showing on inspection now should've been brought to my attention back in January, Bob then proceeded to ask me if I was advised of this on the previous visit because he can clearly see the issue on the video from the mechanic,HOWEVER, he also stated it wouldn't have made a difference either way (very unprofessional). I was too upset to express that yes, it would have made a huge difference! I could've saved the $331 for the diagnostic and $180 for the tow I spent to have the vehicle towed to their dealership!!! And it also would've put me on alert to arrange for them to do the repairs or find another shop at the least. Also I expressed to Bob that I have yet to hear back from my advisor, he laughed. I'm still trying to find the humor!!! I'm VERY disappointed in BMW of Tampa, I will NEVER go back to this location! I prepaid for oil changes but at this point I'll take the loss. So to whoever reads this, PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!

Made an early appointment for a recall (8-9AM). Was told on the phone and service advisor it would take less than an hour. It took 1 hour 45 minutes. I went to see where the car was. Wasn't happy sitting for longer than anticipated.
