    As of right now completely distraught and upset with the service of dealer “Maz” and sales manager David who I can not even get ahold of. I had a deal, everything should have worked out fine but Maz made a mistake in the numbers and forgot to include my pay off so they’re attempting to back out of a deal we already made. I hope someone can do something to rectify this situation or at least make sure it doesn’t happen to the next person.

    this was the best experience i have had buying a vehicle, generally its almost as bad as being offered a timeshare, however i felt this was the best price i could get on the market...ilkra was upfront and i knew what i was getting into prior to arriving at the dealership, nothing hidden and no intent of upselling...the only slight complaint was with the financing it could have proceeded a little faster...i would definitely use bmw tampa in any future transaction

    My family had a wonderful experience purchasing our pre-owned Mercedes from BMW of Tampa. I found the vehicle online and contacted Amanda to let her know we were on the way. She had the vehicle ready to go when we arrived, which I really appreciated. It was my first time buying a Mercedes, and Amanda took great care walking me through all of the things I needed to know about my new vehicle. From the test drive to the financing- the entire process was smooth and stress-free. BMW of Tampa truly makes you feel like family. They were professional, attentive, and very meticulous with their inventory. I highly recommend working with Amanda and this dealership- thank you for taking such great care of us!

    I engaged early on a specific vehicle with Amanda, submitted a complete credit application, and provided all requested information promptly. Despite being responsive and first to initiate the process, my application was not handled with urgency, and the vehicle was sold to a walk-in customer after I was approved and submitted deposit form. This was not a policy misunderstanding — it was a failure to act quickly once a serious remote buyer was engaged. The delay resulted in a wasted credit inquiry and a lost opportunity, despite my timely involvement. If you are not physically in the showroom, be aware that your deal may stall while walk-in customers are prioritized. I would not recommend this dealership for remote buyers unless speed and execution are guaranteed.
