    I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Grant Grima. He did an outstanding job, and the entire experience was extremely pleasant. From the very beginning, Grant was professional, attentive, and very helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made sure the whole process was smooth and transparent.

    This was my first time working with BMW Tampa. I was a little hesitant because I live in NC and well its Tampa. However Ahmed Hanaif put my fears to rest by taking the time to explain the process to me. Even on his days off he was proactive with outstanding customer service. He stayed in touch about the transportation and provided video. Ahmed or "Ed" was transparent and polite. A professional.

    They did a recall on my vehicle and didn’t do it correctly. Refuse to take accountability or return my phone calls so it can be fixed. Had a tech out where I live check it (3 hours away)…The seal failed and tvey didn’t use the proper screws. Nothing they can do because Tampa won’t authorize them to do the work. (It’s a workman issue so the warranty won’t be upheld without them authorizing). Refuse to call me back after weeks of leaving messages and now my car is leaking oil and smoking. They don’t care about you as a person or a customer!
