  Worst service writer i have ever delta with, I've called him 4 times in the week and a half my car was in the shop and never once could he call me back! This guy has no business dealing with people because he does not know how to communicate! I brought my car in because it was making noise in the rear end and 1.5 weeks later its still doing the same thing. The problem was never fixed, so now I have to take my car to another dealership in Wesley chapel so that I can have this repaired! NEVER NEVER bring your car here! The Morgan auto group has officially lost me and my families business!

  this service center is terrible. extremely long waits for standard procedures (mine took 5 hours with an appointment), their technicians broke something in my vehicle, which they fixed, but that added an extra hour and a half. better off going to an alternate Audi location if you can. this one is not worth the hassle

  This place was the first place I took my Audi R8 since purchasing it. They did an oil change and on the way home the car caught on fire causing $15,000 in damage. At first I thought there was no way they tampered with it but eventually I realized it wasn’t just a coincidence. It went back they replaced the harness and gave it back to me with swirl marks everywhere because I told them not to wash it but they did anyway. Bolts were loose or missing, nail in the tire, engine light still on, went back to them 5 times to resolve issues and when picking up there was always a new issue. Spoke to the service manager and general manager and they couldn’t have been more rude insulting me of the cars age saying it’s going to have scratches for how old it is and there is going to be issues when I didn’t have a single problem before taking here.

  Giving a shout out to Jacob one of the Service Advisors. I recently purchased an Audi Q7 and have been having a hard time with the dealer I purchased it from in terms of issues on the car. I finally went to Audi of Tampa to figure out what is wrong after having 3 other mechanics be very unhelpful else where but Jacob knew exactly what the issue was and was upfront about pricing and could tell he wants the best his customers coming in the door. Also shoutout to whoever the mechanic was as he took a detailed video of what he did on my car to make me feel good about what he did! 10 stars.
