I recently purchased a new car from Audi Tampa, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team took exceptional care of me. My sales rep Araz was outstanding! He was professional, attentive, had great energy and truly made me feel like a VIP customer. Even though it was extremely busy on Sunday, he ensured the process was smooth and comfortable.
A big thank you as well to Patrick, the sales manager, for his support, and to Laith in finance, who made the final steps easy and stress-free. The customer service at Audi Tampa is truly top-notch. I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely be recommending Audi Tampa to my friends and family!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the dealership's service department. Despite my repeated efforts to give them the benefit of the doubt, I have lost confidence in their ability to provide satisfactory service. My most recent experience was particularly frustrating. I scheduled an appointment and dropped off my vehicle in the afternoon, expecting to receive an update the following day. However, when I contacted my service advisor, I was informed that they were still checking on my vehicle and had no information to share. Unbeknownst to him, I have Audi Connect and a dash cam installed in my vehicle, which revealed that my car had been sitting in the same spot for 24 hours. I was already annoyed by the lack of communication and the fact that I had not received any updates on the status of my vehicle, which was brought in for a specific recall extension check. To make matters worse, I had to visit the dealership to retrieve my wallet, which I had left at Enterprise, due to issues with their loaner program. When I arrived, I was further frustrated by the advisor's lack of transparency, which led to an argument. During this time, my vehicle was finally pulled out of the shop, and the service team determined that it required repairs. However, I decided to retrieve my vehicle instead, as I had lost trust in the service department. Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership has been subpar, particularly since they took over from Reeves. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and respect, which has not been provided. I would advise others to exercise caution when considering this dealership for their vehicle's maintenance needs. I attempted to escalate my concerns to the service manager, but my messages were ignored.
Bought an SQ5 from here a few years back that allways had a tick/ knock but ran perfectly fine, I was told multiple times by these guys that it's either lifter tick or injectors just being loud. Fast forward a couple years and another audi dealership looking in to the"normal" noise and it needs a new motor due to excessive cylinder scaring from piston rock.. still runs fine.
Have any vehicle you think about buying from Audi Tampa inspected and the motor scoped before buying, or just go elsewhere.
The recent Audi recall for this EXACT issue is only up to 80k,ii got the notice this weekend at 84k... and the warranty Audi Tampa sold me has yet to agree to pay for anything.
Avoid, avoid, avoid this dealership/ Audi Tampa...
