  Dear Treasure Coast Toyota Management, I am writing to express my complete disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. I have been a loyal customer for nearly three years, since purchasing my Sienna, and I also bring in my Rav4 for regular service. Unfortunately, my latest experience has left me questioning whether I should continue doing business with your dealership. On this visit, I used your courtesy shuttle service to go have lunch while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Mr. Leroy, your shuttle driver, was professional and courteous as always, and he advised my service technician Carlos that he was dropping me off. However, when it came time to return, I attempted to contact Carlos four times by phone and even left a voicemail, but he never picked up or returned my call. I also spoke multiple times with your receptionist, Coney, who was unable to reach Carlos on my behalf. As a result, I was stranded for nearly two hours at the drop-off location. Carlos remained unreachable. Ultimately, to make matters worse, I left two voice messages for the service manager, but my call was never returned during my service. This experience is unacceptable. If you are going to offer a courtesy shuttle service, it must be properly organized and reliable. No loyal customer should be left stranded for hours without communication or support. Moving forward, I will not be servicing my vehicles at Treasure Coast Toyota. I prefer to take my business to a dealership that values and appreciates its customers. Toyota customer service has failed me in this instance, and I hope you take this complaint seriously to prevent other customers from experiencing the same treatment. Sincerely, Mr. Torres

  I had such a wonderful experience at Treasure Coast Toyota. I got my new car there and I had Valkyrie as my saleswoman. I couldn't have asked for anyone better! She was patient, kind, smart, and she was the best!! I definitely would recommend buying your car here! Everyone was great!! And Stephen too!! Love yall so much!! Thanks for helping me aquire the car I wanted!! And the car washes and coffee!! 😁😁😁❤️❤️❤️

  Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart, FL literally delivered my vehicle of choice. I went to the dealership and asked for the rare 2025 GR86 in 6-speed manual transmission, and a very polite salesman, Patricio Torre, invited me into the dealership and showed me the make and model that I asked for on his laptop. He told me they were expecting the car in red in 2 weeks. We agreed he would keep me posted on the car's arrival date, which he did a few times. Sure as heck, he called me when the car arrived at the dealership, and he put the car in the showroom waiting for my arrival. I test drove the car, and I fell in love with it. I bought the car with the assistance of all friendly staff members and didn't have to make my first payment for 6 weeks. My traded-in car was paid off and all my DMV requirements were met within 1 week. I highly recommend Treasure Coast Toyota of Stuart, FL as well as their salesman, Patricio Torre, if your looking for a Toyota. Great thanks to all their staff.

  We weren’t planning on buying a new car on Saturday, but Valkyrie was so helpful. We really liked the family owned feel of this dealership. With Valkyrie and Wally’s help, we drove our new car home that afternoon👍

  Had a very positive car buying experience here recently. I worked with Patricio Torres whom I’d spoke with in the past over the years when I’ve brought my Toyota in for service and casually checked out new models etc. He is very knowledgeable about the various models and therefore when it was time to make my next car purchase I made sure to make an appt with him. I found the right car at the right price- everyone involved in the negotiations was polite, up front, and transparent which I never found in past transactions at other dealerships. Highly recommend buying at this dealership and also recommend Patricio to help you in your car search.
