  This was our first time buying a used car over the Internet. Tammy Wagner was great to work with. She answered all our questions and provided excellent photos and videos to allow us to determine the condition of the vehicle. The purchase process was much easier than going to a dealership and spending hours dealing with multiple people. Tammy arranged to have it delivered to us and it was exactly as she described. We are very pleased with the purchase and can highly recommend Tammy and the Crown dealership when you're considering purchasing a vehicle.

  After having been acquainted with Tammy Wagner at Crown Buick GMC, while having a service appointment back in 2017, she made us a deal we couldn't refuse on a new car. Since then we have purchased 3 cars. Each time its been no hassle, Tammy always works to get us the best deal. We recently purchased a 2026 Terrain Denali. My advice is when buying a new car see Tammy at Crown Buick GMC in St. Petersburg.

  Boris provided exceptional Service. I was able to find the perfect vehicle within 15 minutes with what I wanted on it gave me a full description rundown on everything I needed and purchased the car in less than two hours with no hassles at all. Over the top quality And also an exceptional person. Definitely will purchase another vehicle for him in the future.

  I had an excellent experience at Crown Buick GMC from start to finish. David Boldin, the Internet Sales Manager, handled the deal upfront through email and made the entire process smooth and straightforward. Everything we discussed ahead of time was honored exactly as promised. When I arrived at the dealership, Jamie Williams, the salesman who assisted me in person, was professional, friendly, and efficient—no pressure at all. Mark Fernandez in Financial Services made the paperwork quick and painless. Most importantly, there were no surprises: no upselling, no last-minute changes, and no attempts to alter the agreed-upon price. The deal went exactly as planned, which is rare and very much appreciated. If you’re looking for an honest, stress-free car-buying experience, I highly recommend Crown Buick GMC and this team. I would absolutely do business with them again.

  Awesome is the only word for the treatment from Sales Rep Jeffrey Steinmetz and his support group at Crown GMC. Jeff made the selection process easy as he was so knowledgeable and tuned into my needs. Jeff quickly picked up on my likes and dislikes, making the visit even more enjoyable. LOVE the truck. Love the attention given my needs. I am difficult to please, but going back to Jeff & his dealership is a no choice decision. Crown should be proud to have reps like him. He is very genuine. Can't believe they delivered my new truck clear across the state and picked up my tradein. Got to say this, the paperwork was incredibly smooth and easy. Thank you Jeff. Thank you Crown.
