- RRRick RivieraJun 19, 20252.0I called and asked for parking overnight price. I was repeatedly told it was a 24hrs rate price of $21.20 including fees. I told them I was checking out the next day before I parked at 4:30pm. Customer service again told me it’ll be a flat 24hr rate. I checked the app next morning at 10am and the parking cost was already at $25. I called customer service to ask why the price was different from I was quoted. Customer service said the $20 rate was a special rate, which the previous agent never mentioned it to me. I feel this was a bate and switch. I ended up paying $25.20 for overnight parking. Their “24hr” parking is not “24”. It resets sometime during the following day and you start paying hourly rate. It would’ve cost me over $30 if I parked until noon.
