We found this location to have a better stocked parts display area than many of their other locations. The staff there were very helpful in helping us locate a suitable set of power recliners. Even spent time showing us different models and features.

The person who should get the real credit is there internet person the reason is I had asked about another unit and she arranged for virtual video of the camper it just didn’t fit my needs but she followed up with three links that she thought would fit and of course one did the one purchase thanks to all the staff an excellent group of professionals

He took us out to see anything we wanted to see and we walked through so many different brands and the one we liked the best was the Montana with the front office. So we went to the office and Randy answered all the questions and we told Randy we would be in touch. We always think about purchases before we sign. So a week later we went back and my husband talked to Randy and Mason regarding prices etc. we purchased our Montana and let us come by the next week to load some stuff and set up the delivery date. Randy was terrific and I appreciate his professionalism and patience with us. Enjoyable experience. Thank you Randy!

Then Nick told us that we shouldn't drive the camper because the tires were bad. We asked if they could replace the tires so we left it there. We did not hear back from then so my husband called them back a couple times. Still no estimate or information. I called the service department today and they didn't have any knowledge that the tires were to be replaced. Then gave us a ridiculous price to have it done. Needless to say, we are picking it up tomorrow bad tires and all after I spent most of the afternoon on the phone with them being transferred and put on hold most of the time. SCAMMERS!
