  My experience with camping world was good everyone here Was kind to me patient and professional A great team to be around everyone has fun and lively and tries their best to provide the best customer service Caleb was my sales representative he is one of the more experienced sale representative he's been working at camp world for many years he was kind and professional towards me he helped me a lot I originally came there to purchase a used RV camper 2022 coleman lantern lt 17b and he showed me a newer model of the camper RV Coleman keystone 2025 that was brand new and better for me At a decent affordable price I bought it and I requested Delivery I recommend Caleb for sales rep best one in my opinion All the sales team members are good they try their best to provide the best experience for customers they are kind professional and give exceptional service I love Florida one of the best places to be in the US Everyone is kind and friendly and is a relaxing environment Saint Augustine is great

  We literally went to general RV in Jacksonville, for 30 minutes we walked and looked and wasn't even acknowledged. So, we drove to St Augustine and Jeremy was on it!! Our new toy, and we love it. First time owner and the team was very thorough in explaining everything! Thank you

  Filled out online credit app over a week ago go was interested in a Coleman 17b they pulled my credit causing an inquiry and completely ignored me. When asked online chat why they haven’t contacted me they said I need to reach out to them. That’s not how this works I’ll take my business elsewhere if you’re going to ignore me. I have good credit so I don’t understand why they’d just ignore me. Even if my credit was bad common courtesy to contact the customer not the other way around very disappointed.

  Called for warranty work (completely covered by Lippert) on hydraulics on 2024 and told that it was no problem and would be quick. Dropped it off the next day. From there it was lies, no communication, and the worst customer service. We heard nothing so we called and was told part was ordered, only to find out it wasn't. This happened numerous times. During this, they promised to leave it plugged in as we had food in the freezer that could not be accessed. They did not and we lost about $200 in food. Called customer service who opened a case for the service Mgr (Vinnie) to call, which he did. Told us he would take care of everything, make sure they order the part, and contact him for anything. Time goes by and again no communication so we stop by the store to speak Vinnie. Knowing it's us, he send a sales person to us he was busy, but the part was ordered. We found this to not be true. We called for tracking number and part number and confirmed that he did not do it. Told again that it would be done. Called and left THREE messages for General Mrg (Skylar) who also did not return any of them. We now have it back. They fixed part, but did not replace underbelly, which was also covered by lippert. It sags due to being covered in hydraulic fluid and my husband has had to fix. Had several options of where to take it and choose them based on what we were promised. We will never deal with them again. This was the worst experience we have ever had to go through.
