  They told me they would be done at a certain time & I was there about a hour longer than what I was originally told. They also stole my tire key! Then they told my husband they located it after several calls and had me go up there and it wasn’t the right key. How many stolen keys do they have back there that it’s so hard to find mine? Also, when I was checking out initially…..the guy even told me they sometimes have to sift through a pile of keys (like finding a needle in a haystack) when a client doesn’t have theirs! I will never go back! And I honestly feel like they never would have tried that if I was a man!

  Made an appointment came in like 20 minutes early for my appointment so I figured I would have to wait but nope they got me right in when I got there instead of making me wait . I told them I had another appointment I had to be at in a couple hours would my car be done in time so I don’t miss my other appointment they said yes they would have it done in no time so I waited there in the waiting room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and explained to me everything they did . Great price I got as well we will be bringing back my husbands truck next week because the the fast and great service thank you Cody Courtney and the team they are all amazing thank you Seminole tire kingdom.

  Damon and Courtney up front was awesome. Cody the manager gave me a great discount on all the stuff I needed done apparently the last shop I went to abc tires ripped me off a never fixed the problem. Brought it here and the crew at tire kingdom actually fixed th problem. They were very efficient , friendly and had a very clean shop I was comfortable waiting they made me feel right at home thank you Damon and crew for actually fixing me car and not ripping me off like I have had plenty times before . Will always come back to whatever I need done in the future. Thank you guys are the best definitely bring your vehicle here .

  Cody is very friendly and helpful with my car he got me a very good price on a set of 4 tires that were run flats and I needed brakes Cody gave me a awesome price on breaks too Cody's shop was clean His staff was friendly too and respectful I would highly recommend Seminole Blvd tire kingdom to anyone who's needs there car looked at Great service Greats prices Great staff Great people in the office too Highly recommend to anyone

  Wish I'd read the one Star reviews before taking my car in. Had a flat tire. Called the local number listed online. I was told they didn't have my exact tire so I'd need to get two so they match. Ok fine. Asked for a 3:30 appt and asked how long it would take. They said "about an hour". I had something important happening around 5 so figured I'd be safe even though their confirmation email listed my appt at 4, not 3:30. Wound up getting there a little early, 3:15, cause I came directly from another appt that wrapped up early. At 4:30, an hour after my scheduled time, I asked how much longer it would be. Was told it was being worked on and it would be done when it's done. When I pressed him for how long, he said about 30 minutes. So an hour and 45 min after I arrived. I was given multiple excuses..."you called the call center"... well I called the local number listed online, how am I to know it's not the actual physical location? I was told there were multiple appts all at once because the call center does not actually know the physical location's schedule. Well that's super helpful to me now, thanks. I was also told for these 4-5 appts all happening around the same time that there are only two guys working on them. So at this point I'm stuck there and I'm missing my plans. I go back to the waiting room, which backs up to the service area. During my time there I can hear REALLY loud obnoxious music, and all kinds of laughter. I'm glad people have fun at work, but there's cursing etc and it's not giving me the most professional vibes for my car being worked on. Mgr comes in around 5:00 to say I'd be done in about 5 min. So I go to the front to wait. Mgr comes back in to say "I know you don't have time now but the guy back there put your tire on backward so it'll need to be turned around". I am not able to just come back tomorrow, I've already missed my plans... how much longer will this take? Another 20-30 min. Omg. Mgr is completely unaccountable for the entire cluster... it's corporate for using the call center, he's only been at that site for 2-3 weeks, the techs are all new, etc etc. Seems like those excuses are all echoed in the other reviews so not sure anyone is truly trying to fix anything. Mgr offers me the physical location phone number for "next time"... I laugh and say I would never come back. Finally left the place at 5:45... 2 and a half hours after arriving. I got an email that Eve asking for "how likely would you be to recommend" them...easy, that's a zero. Mgr called that Eve offering a sorry and a free oil change. Too little too late for the loss of my time and plans. I'd rather learn how to change my own oil than bring my car back to this business.
