  I rarely write reviews since most service experience these days seems to be merely up to par (i.e., what it should be). However, Tire Kingdom on 46 in Sanford have impressed me 3 consecutive times now so a review is in order: 1. Staff are sooooooooooo friendly and nothing is too much to give a shot (especially Zak/Zack who deserves a special call out/Mike was also super-friendly when I met him earlier today) 2. Where other tire centers turn Teslas away (especially modified ones), they'll happily work on it or happily give it a try until they can't (e.g., it's too low, etc.) 3. They sourced tough-to-find tires/sizes for my custom wheels and didn't mark them up--just charged for labor 4. I had two punctures in the space of 2 weeks--they repaired them both immediately and the only penny I spent involved using the bathroom (I'm British, look it up :-) In summary: it's great service, they're friendly, they know what they're doing, and they've figured out that repeat business is the best business model and they way forward; they don't nickel and dime. An absolute standout! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM--ask for Zak or Mike.

  stopped in to get a tire patched and was really impressed with how quick and easy the whole experience was. Jamie was friendly, efficient, and provided great customer service from start to finish. They had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for fast, reliable tire service!

  Returned home with a flat in the driveway. Call to the store with 30 min to close. Said bring it. Jamie was coming across the parking lot before I was out of the car. Outstanding. I was quoted and car on the rack starting service in 10 minutes. This is why I always come back to this store! I say unsure on price because I don’t care with this service.

  Absolutely terrible shop. Highly don’t recommend you come here!! Made an appointment for a tire patch at 10am. He told us they were a little behind and it would be a little extra time. That’s fine we understand unforeseen stuff takes extra time. However, it was absolutely ridiculous. We watched them walk around and talk, not working on the vehicles. Then they took in a truck that pulled in after us. (Side note: The people that dropped the truck off were talking on the way out and said they were rude to them as well.) Went in to check to see how long it was going to be at 1120. The guy said let me check. Went to the garage then came back and asked for the keys to a different vehicle that had literally just pulled in. Grabbed the keys at 1125 and went to another shop. They didn’t even apologize or say a word. (Also side note, we are from Ohio. Ohio shops never treat you like this!!!) The other shop got us in immediately and the guy was very very polite!! I highly recommend Fortune Tires and Auto Services over this place 150%!!

  Been going to this store for 10 years, but a week ago went to have my tires checked & they told me I needed new brakes , rotors & tires on the front. They said also I needed front struts & rear shocks. Took it for an inspection for warranty work & found out the car doesn't need front struts or rear shocks! They were trying to rip me off!!!
