The work with you if there is an accident to the rims or tires and honor the contract without question. They are truly a great staff and make you feel comfortable. I high recommend this location.
- UBU can b BetterNov 8, 20251.0It started out really careless and bad, and it just seems to be the bad experience that keeps on giving. - They scraped one of the new wheels when putting it on - Had to reorder and wait longer - Got a bunch of vibration after the install and alignment - Went back to learn that I needed hub rings (experts would've prepared for this as a part of the install) - Returned the day they were supposed to come in, to find out they were never ordered - After more waiting, got the hub rings installed ("supposedly") but vibration continued some Now that I've decided to not go back there, Discount Tire goes to do a rotation and tells me that there are only 3 hub rings on... They try to use a replacement hub ring of the same size and it doesn't fit... they take the hub ring off from one of the other wheels and it still doesn't fit. Sooooo.... it looks like the replacement wheel from RAW after the scratch during instalation is a slightly different bore size than the other wheels. So I look up Kraze for my model wheel and sure enough, they come in 2 different bore sizes...what now? Is this a nightmare or what. Plus, Discount Tire shows me where one of the wheels are also slightly bent, and I never hit a hard pothole or anything that would've caused that. So, it seems the Kraze wheel is also not reliable (which isn’t really on RAW, but). It's just been a really bad experience, which is not ok when you're spending a couple thousand dollars.

I had a few concerns going in — wanted to make sure the fitment was right and everything was dialed in — but the guys there really took their time to explain everything, double-checked, and even triple-checked the setup before letting me roll out. They were patient, cool to talk to, and clearly know their stuff. The whole process felt easy and professional. Big thanks to the team for making sure my ride came out looking clean and driving smooth. Definitely recommend them if you want your wheels done right. 💯

Not only was Brett great, Braden stated every details that we needed to know, making sure we received all our paperwork, our cleaning kit for our vehicle, and helped Brett put our rims on. If you ever in need of getting rims, definitely come to Rent A Wheel!! Definitely worth it!! In love with our car even more!!

The guys that work there are rude and disrespectful have spent thousands of dollars in the Sanford store will never step foot back in there. Nor will I ever spend another penny in that store.. Their customer service sucks tremendously. If you want to get good tires with great customer service, hit up the rent a wheel in Daytona. I give them −0 inner rating. That is how rude they are. Please don't go in there and waste your time with rude. Unprofessional people when you can go to. Daytona and get excellent customer service. Again, that is rent a wheel in Sanford.

How does your program work?
We're all about making the wheels, tires, accessories and services you need and want affordable. We have a Buy-It-Today or 9-Months (41 Weeks) Early Purchase Option. Our 9-Months (41 Weeks) Early Purchase option allows you up to about 9 months (41 weeks) to pay off your wheels and or tires at our cash price. We also have Rent-To-Own, which allows you up to 82 weeks to pay off your wheels and/or tires. With Rent-To-Own if you don't pay your balance in full within 9 months (41 weeks), you'll receive 50% off of your remaining agreement balance if you decide to payoff your agreement early. You can fill out our online application to be pre-approved.

Can I purchase or rent to own only?
Yes, both! You can purchase or Rent-To-Own only tires and wheels. You can also buy or Rent-To-Own just one tire/wheel or a thousand. We're flexible! We carry a variety of tires for passenger, performance, truck and off-road vehicles, all latest styles and brands of wheels, all available to buy or through our Rent-To-Own program.

To qualify for our Rent-To-Own program we have a few simple requirements. In order to open an agreement, you will have to show proof of employment (paycheck stub), proof of vehicle insurance, vehicle registration, driver's license, proof of address (utility bill) and 5 references. How does the referral program work?
Earn $50 toward your account for every friend you recommend that becomes a customer. There is no limit! Refer as many friends as you would like. Simply call the store with their name and number and we’ll do all the work. Qualifications: You must be an active customer in good standing. The referred customer must open a new rent-to-own agreement with us for a set of wheels and/or tires. It’s simple!
