- COcatherine oreeMar 2, 20261.0Sanford office sucks I wasn’t trying to leave no stars. I’ve been dealing with the company for 4 years. I had no issues with the Orlando office. When I moved to Lake Mary I opened an account with the office in Sanford.. Chuck was great but unfortunately he Passed.. a couple months age I decided to get rims and tires first red flag they couldn’t get my tire pressure light to turn off. The back tire was loosing air. Air had to be put in twice. My daughter got tires from them and used me has a reference when I tell you Anthony called me back to back when he couldn’t reach her like literally hung up and called right back what does her account have to do with me. They are rude they don’t know what there doing and think they can talk to you crazy. I turned my tires in and they were still trying to charge me. They were to busy trying to collect money on tires that I was turning in and didn’t grab the hubcaps out the trunk. I advise you not to deal with the Sanford office

Their communication was wonderful. They were very courteous and got me in and out in a very timely manner. They also went over all the paperwork and explained everything properly. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and I will definitely be a lifetime customer here. Thank you so much for all of your wonderful and professional help!!!

He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a great price for the Wheels, Tires, Mounted, Rotated and gave me a voucher for the alignment service. Very pleased with their courteous service. Made the payment process easy. Had all paperwork, invoices and receipts all in hand with no issues at all. I will most definitely be purchasing from them from now on. Once again Thank You.

I called back a little frustrated due to the excessive phone calling and the "store manager AJ" was quickly telling me to calm down and watch my attitude! Telling me if I paid on time they wouldn't have to call, smh the nerve of this guy. I told him I spoke with an associate and was informed that my account was paid in full. "The store manager AJ" says he can't keep up with everything his associates do. But I'm thinking as a store manager that's your job! Not the type of response you would expect from a store manager. These type of places will try to fonigale you with extra fees and interests rates as well. I will never do business again with this store that's for sure, and "store manager AJ" you have a temperament of a 7 year old little boy, you better watch how you talk to customers and learn how to use proper customer service.

We're all about making the wheels, tires, accessories and services you need and want affordable. We have a Buy-It-Today or 9-Months (41 Weeks) Early Purchase Option. Our 9-Months (41 Weeks) Early Purchase option allows you up to about 9 months (41 weeks) to pay off your wheels and or tires at our cash price. We also have Rent-To-Own, which allows you up to 82 weeks to pay off your wheels and/or tires. With Rent-To-Own if you don't pay your balance in full within 9 months (41 weeks), you'll receive 50% off of your remaining agreement balance if you decide to payoff your agreement early. You can fill out our online application to be pre-approved.

Can I purchase or rent to own only?
Yes, both! You can purchase or Rent-To-Own only tires and wheels. You can also buy or Rent-To-Own just one tire/wheel or a thousand. We're flexible! We carry a variety of tires for passenger, performance, truck and off-road vehicles, all latest styles and brands of wheels, all available to buy or through our Rent-To-Own program.
What do I need to rent wheels & tires/What to bring?
To qualify for our Rent-To-Own program we have a few simple requirements. In order to open an agreement, you will have to show proof of employment (paycheck stub), proof of vehicle insurance, vehicle registration, driver's license, proof of address (utility bill) and 5 references. How does the referral program work?
Earn $50 toward your account for every friend you recommend that becomes a customer. There is no limit! Refer as many friends as you would like. Simply call the store with their name and number and we’ll do all the work. Qualifications: You must be an active customer in good standing. The referred customer must open a new rent-to-own agreement with us for a set of wheels and/or tires. It’s simple!
