  ...high rating... when you’re doing transaction...as soon as you bought the car....services ends ...don’t do any closed deals without seeing the car fax...what you see is what you get in the car you’re buying...if you get bald tires... that’s it...no above and beyond...so don’t expect!

  (A little backstory) We had a bad experience with a well known dealership in Orlando. Long story short I was already approved for financing. There was no need to try to apply for more but they did anyways after assuring me I could use my own bank. We decided to give Iride a call to see if the numbers would work with capital one financing . Jeremiah answered the phone . He was able to answer questions right away and when we had questions he couldn’t answer he the. immediately reached out to his manager Amanda. Amanda showed true excitement with her customer service to the point that within minutes of talking to her we knew it was time to head to the dealership. She then greeted us at the door and let us know that the vehicle in question was on it’s way. We immediately sat down with Gino in sales who went over the beginning steps of the sales process. He was patient and made sure everything was in order for the next step. He had no problem answering a number of my questions knowing that I had previously been Mislead by the other dealership and was cautious. After that We met with the sales manager Moss . Moss went over every single number with us!!! There were no surprises. From dealer fees all the way to the down payment and tag fees. EVERY dollar was accounted for . So even though I had to put down a little more than I originally wanted to Moss gave me the transparency and showed the integrity that made me feel more secure with this transaction. (Hidden fees can literally make or break a deal).Last but not least Ferris the financing manager had all of our paperwork done and ready to go. He offered friendly and kind customer service. Usually you spend 4-7 hours at a dealership but these guys had us out in 2&1/2 hours because of how well they work together. By 8 pm Jeremiah had our new car completely detailed and we were on our way . Hands down 10/10 recommend! The staff as a whole work together like no other I’ve seen before.

  Recently I purchased a Nissan Altima. Ally was so helpful in the process, It took no time at all and even got approved with less than perfect credit. I will continue to see Ally every time I need a car in the future, and would recommend anyone else to do the same. Thanks again Ally you're the best!!!
