Emmitt was professional, friendly and gave us the most thorough run down of the car we were interested in. He was great following up with us after we initially walked away keeping us up to date on the deals and discounts available. They weren’t able to give us what we were hoping for the trade-in value of my Jeep, but we were able to work out a deal. LOVE my new Hyundai Tuscon! It drives so smooth!

- BSBrittany SmithNov 12, 20252.0Very underwhelmed with the service that I was provided with today. I had been talking to Anthony for a couple of days about my interest in a Palisade. I did say that it will probably be a couple weeks before I can make an official move but I was starting the looking process. I confirmed a time with him to come in and discuss the car with him. When I got there, I was advised someone else would be helping me. Not the person who wanted to “roll the red carpet out” for me. That was the first issue. Sabra then gave me a few details about the car and let me test drive it. He was super polite but just didn’t seem interested in helping me. Maybe because I wasn’t walking out of there signing a deal today? I am not totally sure. I just walked out feeling so underwhelmed and like they could have cared less that I was there inquiring about their product. Guess it’s time to check out the Deland dealer instead.

They told me they would deliver my truck to me, their 2 hours away from where I live The next morning when I didn't hear anything I called them. They told me that I was going to have to drive up there to pick it up. They made promises that they couldn't keep.
- OSodalis sorianoNov 10, 20251.0It’s unbelievable that I took my car to the Hyundai dealer in Sanford, at the Headquarters location, and they told me that I have to bring the car in while the problem is actually happening. In other words, I can’t even record a video or anything, because they expect that if, for example, I’m driving to work and the car screen goes black, instead of continuing to my job, I should drive straight to Hyundai so they can see it and fix the problem. Can you believe that? So basically, the warranty won’t cover it unless they see with their own eyes what’s happening to my car. This is unbelievable. That is the Hyundai Warranty!!!
