I was planning a trip to St. Petersburg and wanted to test drive the latest model. I’ve been seeing more of these vehicles and was interested in buying one. I was contacted by Agim (Jim) Sulimani, from the dealership and we discussed what I was looking for. I explained to Jim that I would be traveling to St. Petersburg the last week in December and would set aside time for a closer look & test drive. Jim sent me the requested information and a video. Approximately 4 weeks later, he reached out to confirm that I was still interested and intended to stop by for a test drive. At that point we scheduled an appointment. At this point I started to feel good that I was dealing with Jim. He remembered from our first conversation that my visit to St. Petersburg was at the end of the year and waited to reach out to me. I bring this up, because I have salespeople in the past who were relentless in trying to get me into a their show room. As planned, I met with Jim on December 30th and we immediately hit it off. Jim walked me through all of the features of the vehicle and took me for a ride. We eventually pulled over and it was my turn to drive. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the vehicle handled and was pleased with ride. When we returned to the dealership, I told Jim I wanted to make a deal and would trade my 2024 Kia Teluride. We went through the features and add-ons that I wanted. They worked up a price, offered an attractive credit for my trade-in. At no time did I feel any pressure from Jim or the business manager Paul. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I have had with a car dealership. I would not hesitate to send a friend to the Crown Ineos Dealership in St. Petersburg.
