It is unfortunate I am forced to select one star to post this. After experiencing tire failure a few weeks after being sold a Tire Kingdom brand( we wanted Firestone as that was previously on the vehicle, but we were hard sold Mavis as it came with tread warranty etc etc) This location was the go to for what we thought would be covered. Nope. After being given the run around by Neil being told we didn't purchase road side etc etc, we reached out to our Ormond Beach location( which gets 5 stars) who mounted the tires. Daniel immediately contacted Neil and explained to transfer the tire to him, meaning put a new tire on and get us down the road him absorbing the tire charge under warranty. Well...again..Nope. Fernando called stating the vehicle is still sitting with nothing done because they need to know who is paying for it as the tire is unrepairable. I then reached out to Daniel in Ormond Beach who thought he had this handled for us. Nope. However, 5 stars to him, we paid for a new tire and took the old one with us to bring home. He will refund us there. Unbelievable. I have no confidence in Tire Kingdom. Zero confidence in Neil and Fernando who seemed very disappointed we were taking the tire with us. Here is what I think. Thieves. Had we done nothing and paid, and left our tire, they would have received double payment. BTW not to mention the loss of control of the vehicle that would lead to nobody learning from this review. Oh ya, and the cost of a hotel room. In short, No to Tire Kingdom sales, and No to this shady location. Yes to good people that are an asset to their field.

"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and management at this location. My wife's vehicle has been brought in five times since February of this year.
In April 2025, the vehicle required brake replacement twice due to the installation of incorrect parts. During this service, it was discovered that the tires purchased in February were prematurely worn, which was attributed to faulty control arms. Ayden, the manager at the time, assured us a credit for the worn tires, requiring us to purchase new ones with an extended warranty and replace the control arm bushings, which we did.
On October 20, 2025, my wife brought her car in for a nail in a rear tire. She was informed that new tires were needed. When she explained that the tires were recently replaced, Carlos, the current manager, became argumentative, claiming we had ignored advice in January 2024 to replace the control arms. This was inaccurate, as the control arms had already been addressed. My wife felt uncomfortable and contacted me.
Upon my arrival, Carlos immediately displayed his phone, showing the control arms. When I explained the previous repair with Ayden, Carlos dismissively stated, 'well that's why he is no longer here and was fired.' I refused to pay for new tires again, at which point he yelled 'pull the pathfinder out' and provided a customer service number before walking away.
I contacted customer service and spoke with Josh, who connected me with Anwar, the regional manager. Anwar and I discussed the incident on October 21st. He stated he would review video footage of my payment and requested I bring the car to another location for a tire review, which I did the same day.
After texting Anwar for updates on October 22nd and 23rd, he informed me that the video footage was unavailable and he was awaiting corporate advice, promising to contact me on Monday. Today, October 27th, at 3:30 PM, I texted Anwar for an update and received a text offering '$300 off the tires' and a demand that I pay for the control arms again.
I strongly advise against visiting this location, as recent reviews also highlight improper work. Tire Kingdom, I welcome you to contact me directly, as I am already in communication with an attorney regarding this matter."
