I found a coupon that mentioned conventional oil changes and was eventually told by the other employee that they do offer conventional oil changes and that costs $65. Tried to rip me off, then said I needed to calm down because I expressed frustration at being lied to. Stop trying to rip off women in your store. Its gross. If it is a situation where an employee was "misinformed" then take responsibility and prepare your employees properly. For the record, if anything happens to my car from this service, you will be hearing from me.

- BWBRUCE WAYNEJan 5, 20261.0If you care at all about your personal safety please take your vehicle anywhere else.The service here is always slow eating up half your day even with an appointment and afterwards you will be greeted by your radio set at max volume from the joyride they just took in your car.The last two vehicles I took here for alignments both came home with loose tie rod adjustment nuts and missing undercarriage tray clips.This place shouldnt be near a vehicle

He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure I was well taken care of. Excellent communication and top-tier service. Highly recommend asking for him by name.

I shopped around and their price was also the best in the area. Neil was my advisor and he got me taken care of much quicker than I anticipated. Waiting room is comfortable as well if you plan on waiting on location.
