- LJLatoya JamesAug 15, 20251.0I just left Ractrac 3:40pm on August 15, the current manager (John according to him), no name tag by the way, refused to let me purchase my cigarettes. I work next door and live in the neighborhood and I have been coming here for years. Another employee was there who I have verified my ID to before and I asked him to call that employee or a manager and that is when he stated he was the manager on duty. Since changes have been made at this location the staff is not up to par and the customer service that I once received from the old staff is not there anymore. I left the other items that I was going to purchase and went to Circle K for what I needed.
