  Kyle did an amazing job on the interior detail for my Honda! Had dog hair from my pups and he cleaned every last bit of it. The process was extremely fast and he left my car looking and smelling new!!

  On 12/26/2025 I visited the Tommy's on US 1 in Port St. Lucie. I use the app so it's a simple drive up, wait a few seconds, then proceed into the tunnel. Easy enough. I live only a couple blocks from the wash so my intention was to drive home immediately after the wash to clean the windows and vacuum. I did not exit my car at Tommy's. It's when I got home I realized what an absolutely terrible wash I received. The entire car was covered in heavy grit! On 12/27/2025 I emailed Tommy's to voice my displeasure. I was instructed by corporate to contact the local Tommy's to voice my concern. I was given the contact info of the local site "leader". Two calls and the "leader" is not available. I then emailed the "leader". No reply after days. I again emailed corporate to voice my displeasure with being ignored by the local Tommy's. They said they also emailed the "leader" to inform them if my displeasure with the wash and now having my calls and emails ignored. As of today, it's been 10 days and I have not heard anything from the local Tommy's. This is a bad way to do business! Firstly, delivering a bad wash and then putting on effort into making it right. There are far too many car washes in my area for me to decide to ever return to Tommy's.

  I've bought the highest price package the past 3 years and have been very happy. This year after 2 washes they were closed due to a pump breakdown, the manager was extremely apologetic and she compensated me with 2 coupons for the taco place next door and a free interior cleaning. I went back again later that day only to find repairs had not been made. I stopped again yesterday and they were down again due to another breakdown. I canceled my subscription then and there and the manager told me he put my cancelation order in and that I could still use it until January 11. Went again this morning and guess what, closed. How do I use my paid up subscription if they're never open? There's plenty of other car washes in the area to choose from.

  Hours are wrong. Drive all the way over from town for them to be closed 3 hours earlier then advertised --- Update: I went again after they driving by and seeing they were opened and it was an good experience. Vacuums work well and the car wash did well except for my rims. Everyone was friendly and organized so it was a smooth process. Fixing my review to reflect the positive experience. Leaving off one star cause of the initial hours hiccup and my rims still looking bad.

  If I had the option to leave zero stars I would and it’s a shame because the car wash actually isn’t that bad but the fact that it’s always broken and they would not credit any of the month and even found a way to sneak a $12 charge after the month was up! Upon speaking with a manager, I was told too bad there’s nothing they’re going to do about it so therefore they lost a customer and hopefully he lose his job!
