Port Ritchey Ford dealership is the best ever. The service is great and professional. They do what they say.
I had called 2 other Ford companies regarding the recall. . The one never called back after 4 attempts. The other one I made an appointment and when I called to cancel it, because I got in at Port Richey, they didn't even have it on their calendar
The service at Port Richey is excellent. I've always used them and even though I have moved an hour and a half away now , I still use them .
Very Shady they get you there then tell you vehicle was sold. Made an appointment the day before then followed up the next morning. I asked about pricing and was told if we didn't like the deal they would give us a tank of gas since it was an hour drive. I was dealing with the internet dept. Joey was the contact and his boss Justin was supposed to meet us. Drove the hour and was told, Justin was busy and Joey informed me that morning he was sick, the saleman that was sent out to meet us said sorry the vehicle was sold yesterday. It was still listed as for sale on the website and guess what? Its still listed 5 days after our visit. BAIT AND SWITCH much ?!!!
BUYERS BEWARE -it's been 3 years since I purchased my Ford ecosport that I did not want from this company, i definitely won't be trading it in here as they gave me a vehicle after spending all day long that I did not choose and trying to get a refund for my deposit in my car back that I was trading in, all the sudden their machine was down and I couldn't get my refund. On top of that I was purchasing a a brand new one from what I thought but when I got out there to get my car they pulled up a different year car and different color than what I chose and what I thought I was getting. And I didn't even get two set of car keys as promised in my contract that I would. This place is a total rip-off and they will hook and bait, so if you're a female don't go unless you have a strong-minded meal with you that can help. DO NOT SETTLE, they will set you up and hook ya, and like me most people after spending your whole entire freaking day, give up and just settle. Do not do that, don't be like me. There are plenty of dealerships around. Oh I never did get the other key as promised in the contract. Note: many complaints in the BBB and they are not acredited either.
Just bought a truck brand new at GMC for my husband and now about to purchase a car but definitely not from here. So it's better for dealership to give good customer service, to be honest and not scheme people so that way you can keep customers for long lasting and more Revenue in the long run. FORD of NPR -Teach your sales people to be honest not to be a desperate salesperson and scheme folks out of their money and what they truly wanted just make your sale, sales folks -work somewhere that's decent and honest.

Inquired today regarding a 2022 GMC pickup they had since October 2025.
Hayden was prompt, courteous, and professional. Sent me a video of the truck which looked really nice. Traded a few emails back and forth regarding the truck, then he gave me the printout. I about fell out of my chair.
Said I could only get the internet price with “financing and a trade in vehicle” (Strike 1). Says NOTHING about this on the website or cars.com.
Then Kyle (Sales Manager) sends me an email. I questioned the $10,000+ in fees OVER their asking price (Strike 2).
He responds that he “isn’t $10,000 over anything”, and was not helpful at all after I inquired their “Premium Protection Plus” of $1,500 which I know is about $300 cost. Never asked for it and was never given a response when asked to waive it. (Strike 3).
You wonder why the truck has been sitting for 2+ months? Typical stereotypical used car sales manager. Absolutely terrible in the short amount of time I dealt with them.
Glad I saved myself a lot of trouble

I didn't buy car from there im not in the market for one just yet. Im hoping to get a truck later this year if not next. Im giving a review because this morning I popped a tire. I didn't have all the equipment I needed to change the spare out. Luckily I was pulled basically in front of the Port Richey Ford dealership. The folks I spoke to over there were very sweet and helped me get my spare tire on. As well as give it air because it was low. They even made sure my other tires were doing alright before letting me go. For a cold chilly morning, I had the warmest experience. Thank you!
