  Ever since I was young, I have dreamed of coming to Mavis and to experience the full-fledged service that they have ever offered. From start to finish from the moment, I entered those two doors I was greeted with nothing Less than extreme unconditional, kindness, happiness, and love from every person that was there. From Roger with his, to Alex with his niceness and to all the texts, especially the one named Craig he was by far the most intelligent, good looking attentive and all-around well suited technician that I would’ve ever wanted to work On my car. No matter what quote I have gotten from any other store before they have matched it perfectly renewing my additional commitment and faith to them solely. I could’ve never have dreamed of coming to a different store or have doing business with anybody else in my entire life. You guys are a dream come true and pure happiness in a store. Thank you, Mavis for being my soulmate store and never given me the pure happiness and attention. I have longed been craving.

  Summary of Events 1. First Visit – Mavis Tires & Brakes (2572 S Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, FL 33952) On Wednesday of last week, I brought my Camaro in for two new rear tires. The front desk team was professional, but once I returned to my vehicle, a traction control warning light immediately appeared—an issue that was not present prior to service. When I raised the concern, I was told the location did not have the computer connector required to diagnose my car. Explanations included that the part may have been misplaced or taken home by an employee. I returned after work that same day, but the shop still could not diagnose the issue and directed me to another Mavis location. 2. Second Visit – Mavis Tires & Brakes (3555 S Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, FL 33952) At this location, I was informed the issue appeared to be alignment-related, and I was sent to a third Mavis-affiliated shop, Tire Kingdom, for further evaluation. When I returned later to report worsening driving conditions, I was told the store had recently been vandalized, preventing them from ordering the needed sensor or completing repairs. The manager, Matthew, asked me to return the following morning, but the shop was still unable to assist. 3. Third Visit – Tire Kingdom (1182 S Tamiami Trail, Unit K, Port Charlotte, FL 33953) Following Mavis direction, I visited Tire Kingdom for an alignment. After the service: My vehicle pulled aggressively to one side The traction control light remained illuminated Driving stability was compromised Chevrolet Diagnostic Findings Due to safety concerns, I brought my Camaro to a Chevrolet dealership for a full diagnostic. Their technicians confirmed: The alignment performed at Tire Kingdom/Mavis was incorrect, requiring two complete realignments A sensor was damaged, causing the traction control warning light The issues were consistent with improper tire/alignment servicing Chevy provided full documentation, including diagnostic reports and before-and-after alignment images. The total cost for the corrective alignments was $461. I provided all documentation to Manager Matthew, who initially assured me that Mavis would “make things right.” Breakdown in Follow-Up Despite multiple calls, I was told: My vehicle was “only scheduled for two tires” The referrals to the additional locations were “forgotten” The matter remains “under GM review,” with no resolution provided This chain of events originated from Mavis service, and the resulting issues have left my vehicle in compromised condition.
