    Took my 2010 tacoma in for alignment. Staff was super friendly,knowledgeable and had outstanding service. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

    I made an appointment online to get my brakes checked, and did not want them changed just yet because they were new, and I was trying to see if there was a different issue. I wanted to explain what the situation was, but could not even finish a sentence without the lady in front continuously demanding me to hand over my keys. I wanted to make sure they were not going to just start changing my breaks, because that was the category I had made the appointment under, but that was the least of her concerns. Even after I gave her my keys, she still didn't care about anything that I had to say, or the actual reason for my appointment. She just wanted me to hand over my keys and to wait, while they try to figure out why I was there. Because of their great customer service, I chose to take my business elsewhere.

    If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We had a guard shield put on our Escape and Brandy, the service manager,went way beyond excellent customer service. Then Alberto, the technician, was superior in the installation. 110% satisfied customer.

    They were passing our free oil change cards at a trunk or treat (hosted by a church, go figure) and my fiancé went in today for an oil change and they told him how much it was going to be, he then asked if he could use the card and the larger guy next to the woman in the front stood up and told them no, if he wanted to use the card he would have to make an appointment. He then left to go to another location. I then called after hearing this to ask them to explain and asked to speak to Mr.Hotshot drinking the redbull himself and he told me he didn’t turn him away that he told him he had to make an appointment to respect “our time” and theirs because they only had 3 guys. But the funny thing is, they were just about to take him in for the oil change, price ready and all, the appointment only came up when he presented the card, and FYI it says nothing about an appointment being needed on the card. If you don’t wanna help people and don’t want the business, don’t pass out the cards. Save your time and just don’t even give them your business that they “so desperately need” since they had to pass out service cards at a trunk or treat to get people in the door.

    Had all fluids changed. Asked for my new steering wheel to be installed but it was not done! Communication was non existent. I had to call several times to get answers on what the delay was! I did not mind the delay if only they kept me informed! I have no complaints about the service done. I’m a need to know person and I was frustrated not being called to keep me up on what’s going on! I’m in two frames of mind as whether I’ll go back for future service.
