    I hide jsn to do rear brakes on our company vehicle. I was later informed that I had to pay to bleed the brakes. I took a consensus of over 20 people and they've never heard having to pay an additional $239 to bleed the brakes when you were putting calipers on my car. Unfortunately for you guys we will not be using your service again. I tried to explain to the technician that there was shouldn't be charged to bleed brakes and he said it was mandatory and I explained to him the car had a dual reservoir. You only had to bleed the the back calipers. He told me he couldn't do the job then if I didn't pay to have the whole system. Bled when I told him I was going to pull the vehicle he goes. Oh I already started so in my experience I'm not happy with the procedure

    Very embarrassing experience! The lady at the front treated me horribly! My total was $68 and I was paying with cash. I only had a $100 bill and was told they could not accept it due to not having change. She suggested that I walk to the Circle K, which was about a half mile up the road. My only other option was to have someone come and take me or bring me change. I let her know that my sister Was coming from Arcadia (30 minutes away), and she responded with “Oh gosh”. I then told her I would just walk home (4 miles away) and come back for my car later (she said ok). As I got out across the parking lot, I turned around and went back to ask her if I could drive my car to the Circle K to get change, and she just ignored me. I scrambled around in my car trying to find enough change so I could get home to my kids. I gave her plenty of opportunities to change her attitude but she never did. When I arrived, I asked how long would it take so I would know if I needed a ride or not. She told me it would be about 30 minutes, so I cancelled my ride and decided to wait. I ended up being there for over 2 hours because she said she didn’t have enough change to give me $32 back, which she eventually did give me change from the register. Why didn’t she do that over an hour ago???? I couldn’t understand why an oil change business doesn’t have enough change to give me back such a small amount and I couldn’t understand why I was being treated this way. After I finally got my change and left, I drove home and got change and took it back to the shop, and when I got there, she walked in the back of the shop and left me standing there for 10 minutes. I opened the shop door and asked if anyone was working up front, and the guy just looked at me and walked in the other direction. I went outside and got my phone to call in to let her know I was up front with the change. She then came out to the front door and I handed her the change for the $100 bill. I did not have to do this! This was my first time using this shop and will definitely be the last.

    I experienced a completely flat tire. I stopped in after being at the store and realized it was not a good situation. I had a large srew in it and they were able to patch it. Great service!
