- JSJohn SmithAug 6, 20251.0Extremely Unprofessional and Overpriced Experience I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Grease Monkey, and I feel compelled to share it. I brought my vehicle in due to an issue with the battery, expecting a straightforward check or replacement. Instead, I was overcharged significantly for services I never approved. When I calmly questioned the charges, the manager, Lisa, became extremely hostile, even going as far as to curse at me. To top it off, she threatened to tow my car simply for asking for a breakdown of the bill. I’ve never been treated so poorly at any business, let alone an auto shop. Her aggressive behavior and lack of professionalism were completely out of line. I strongly advise others to avoid this location. There are honest and respectful shops out there that won’t try to take advantage of you or intimidate you when you speak up.
