Buyer beware!!!! Just go somewhere else
If I could give this place negative stars I would. I purchased a used vehicle from here for my daughter under a warranty and the vehicle began having issues within days of leaving the lot. Multiple phone calls for help and no true response given only we don’t know what the warranty covers and we will see without zero follow up. I buy brand new vehicles and wanted to get my daughter something reliable she could get around in and purchasing from Crown Kia, Igor was the seller and Dexter is the person who is ‘“helping” and not giving any answers, was the worst decision.
Kateryna Rydzhak was our Sales and Leasing Consultant. Although we did not end up with a Kia, her assistance made it a close second of our many choices. She took the time to explain all of the features and was able to answer all of our questions. Her manager Justin Hoffman spent time with us as well. Once he knew our parameters, he gave us a fair and reasonable offer; not the typical "start high and negotiate downward" practice so often seen. If you want a Kia, go see Kateryna and Justin!

- Danny Smith is very prompt response to every single reply on my questions. No waiting when communicating with him.
- Ryan Johnson is very polite, nice, friendly, helpful, honest, and professional. He did a great job explaining everything thoroughly. We did not feel pressured/pushed/stressful into anything when talking with him. No pressure just made us very comfortable.
Crown Kia is an exceptional. We are very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended to buy new car here!!!

We started our car shopping journey at Crown Kia and at first, it was actually a positive experience — Igor was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and honestly the reason we even became interested in the Kia Sorento (which wasn’t on our original list). He did a great job!
Unfortunately, once we began speaking with the General Sales Manager, Khamphong Keovongsa (“KK”), the experience went downhill fast. He refused to negotiate even $1 and told us they were “actually losing money” at their price. When we pointed out that it was the highest price compared to other Kia dealerships within about an hour, he tried to scare us by saying the other dealerships were “lying” and would change the price once we arrived.
When we said we still needed to see other dealerships (since Crown wasn’t willing to work with us at all), he dismissed us and said, “We’ll see you back here tomorrow.” We, in fact, did not come back. Instead, within 24 hours, we bought the exact same vehicle at Courtesy Kia of Brandon for THOUSANDS less — and with a straightforward, respectful process.
If you want a smooth car-buying experience and don’t want to overpay, I’d recommend looking at literally any of the other Kia dealerships in the area. Igor was great — but the sales management approach is why we walked out and why our bank accounts are still thanking us. Here is a picture of the amazing car we bought at Courtesy Kia of Brandon. After inquiring about a specific vehicle I saw for sale at Crown Kia, I received a phone call and a follow-up email from Kateryrna Rhydzhak (Kate). We set up an appointment for a test drive a few days later. We were impressed with their beautiful showroom, offices, lounge, and impeccable service department, which was visible through a huge window. After the test drive, we sat with Kate to go over specifics, and there was no high pressure at all. We felt so comfortable and relaxed. Kate was a delight to work with. Once we decided we wanted to purchase the car, we were introduced to Anthony Montesano in the finance department. Again, we were very relaxed. Anthony was patient, polite, and friendly. Our paperwork was completed quickly, and there were no surprise fees or add-ons. I highly recommend Crown Kia and ask for Kate.
