I had an absolutely fantastic experience buying my first car at Crown Honda, all thanks to Frenk Shehaj! He made the entire process smooth and completely stress-free, turning what could have felt overwhelming into an enjoyable and exciting experience. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and supportive. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle, and I can’t thank Frenk enough for making my first car-buying experience so memorable and positive.

I came here after the new year without any expectations of buying a new car and after talking with Gregory and Enver the choice was clear that picking a Honda was the way to go! Greg took me on test drives of the car I was interested in and showed me multiple other vehicles to ensure I had a good idea of how each one compared to the one I was looking at. Greg was patient and took the time to follow up on all of my questions. He made my experience of buying my first new car amazing! Enver also took the time to explain how Hondas compare to other vehicles and talk through my options of buying the vehicle. I had a wonderful experience and hopefully others will too!
I’m giving this dealership five stars because the overall process, inventory, and final outcome were good, and I’m happy with my Honda. However, my experience with one salesperson needs to be addressed.
My interaction with Jon Ortiz was deeply uncomfortable and disrespectful. During our conversation, he repeatedly put down my current car in a way that felt intentional and demeaning, clearly trying to pressure me into trading it in. Beyond that, I personally felt I was treated differently based on who I am. The tone, comments, and lack of respect came across as biased and, in my experience, racist.
No customer should feel talked down to, disrespected, or singled out in order to make a sale. This behavior does not reflect what a professional dealership—or Honda—should stand for.
I’m leaving five stars because the dealership itself and the final result outweighed that interaction, but I strongly urge management to take this seriously. Experiences like this should not happen to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Rick Acosta. From start to finish, he was not pushy in the least, which immediately set the tone for what turned out to be the most pleasant car-buying experience I’ve ever had. He truly listened to what I wanted, took the time to explain every option available, and made sure I understood all the choices without ever pressuring me. He went above and beyond to explore different possibilities and worked hard to find what best fit my needs. Instead of feeling stressed or rushed, I felt informed, respected, and confident in my decision. He genuinely made the process enjoyable—something I never thought I’d say about buying a car. If you’re looking for someone who puts your comfort and satisfaction first, I highly recommend working with him.

Mr. Joey Sutnik was absolutely incredible in helping us purchase TWO brand new Hondas. We did extensive research comparing CR-V and Accord options across all of Florida and both Joey and the rest of the Crown Honda team gave us incredibly competitive prices for our trade ins, AND new vehicles. They also went above and beyond in assisting us with both an in person and off-site trade in, allowing us to take two new cars home.
Once again, I would not hesitate to send any family member, friend, or acquaintance here. They treat you like family (of course) but really do help you in making the right deals for you.
They did not push extended warranties hard, they did not push financing options that would put us in tough situations, and they were compassionate in every other avenue. We’re happy to leave the lot financially sound, excited, and in style with two new cars for our growing family!
