I have such a simple car a G 37 coupe and not once not twice but three times did they tell me they’re gonna have to reschedule for parts? It’s literally one windshield how hard is it the first time they were supposed to come on a Wednesday, then it was supposed to be Saturday now it’s supposed to be another two weeks until the 22nd. This is such a horrible company.

We called left message and never received a call back. Had to call and speak to manager in order to be informed of the process. He was very helpful and provided essential information that was needed.

But yesterday I was traveling and got hit by a rock on the interstate. I was about to make an appointment super fast and no joke had it patched/fixed within 24 hours. Justin did a fantastic job and even though it is still slightly visible at the impact point, the rest of the chip is completely invisible. I’m so impressed with how it looks and so happy with the service they have provided again. Thank you!
