    This company provided the best service I have had in years. Not only was my Tech. Professional, He was polite, happy, provided excellent work and worked with me when I messed up the day, WITHOUT making me feel like it was an inconvenience for him. He should teach customer service classes. The receptionist, also was really sweet when I told her I had messed up the date. She set right away to help me. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for their type of service.

    A rock cracked my wife’s windshield on Friday, so I set up an appointment online that day for the following Monday between 12-5pm, which was confirmed via phone call. Monday comes and the tech calls at 7am to confirm appointment and let me know I’m last on his list for the day and that he’d try to get to me by dark. I get a call that afternoon to let me know the replacement windshield was also cracked and I’d have to bring it in the next day (Tuesday, Dec. 23rd) so they could replace with a different new one. No mobile tech services available on Tuesday. Tuesday comes and I drop it off at 7am as instructed. I get a call a few hours later letting me know the replacement to the replacement windshield was defective, and they’d have to order a new one again and it wouldn’t be ready until the next day (Christmas Eve). I ask the rep who called what time I’d need to pick it up the next day, and she asks me why I’m not picking up my car that day (with no windshield). I explained that it has no windshield and driving it would be illegal, and she said “I guess we can find somewhere inside to store it”. Finally, picked up the car on Christmas Eve. Work was done well, but suggesting I drive the vehicle home illegally and being exasperated that you’d have to store it overnight (after cancelling the mobile appointment and multiple delays). I totally understand things coming broken from the warehouse, but suggesting I drive a vehicle home with no windshield because you don’t want to store it overnight is not acceptable or safe.

    Communication is nonexistent here and Rose at the front desk is rude and has no compassion for inconveniences they caused. I felt like they rushed to repair my windshield so they could leave early which I can still see the chip. In my opinion a poor repair job. Bottom line if they would have communicated to me they wanted to close up shop early I could have planned around it. Rose could have handled the situation way more professionally. No manager on duty either, Kayla skipped out early today. Nice in your response you don’t even address the communication issue which was the reason that caused me to write the review in the first place.

    I cracked my windshield on mon. . Safelite auto glass knew that calibration was needed after replacement. I was informed by safelite auto glass that everything was good and that it would be replaced on Thurs. . I received many text saying everything is in progress. Thurs appt. Got canceled. Fri. I get a call saying they don't have the capability to calibrate on mobile services. I call allstate ins. They say " not our problem". Safelite a week later says bring will fix it. Why lie on mon. ? Do you know your job? Or is it shitty and unknowledgeable customer service.
