The fact that the furnace AND slide stopped working properly within 45 days of buying the brand new camper already had me regretting this purchase. BUT the fact that they have had the camper since December 3rd and still cannot give us a pick up date is beyond ridiculous. We’ve even had to reach out to the manufacturer because the service dept has dropped the ball so many times. You all have left a married couple with a 4 month old homeless (12 hours from family) and don’t have a care in the world. Lawyers have been contacted and we will be pursuing options at this point. Something needs to change!

I contacted them about a camper they had on consignment, and when I received a quote back there were over $2k of fees added on. When I questioned the charges they stopped replying. Honestly I don't think they even presented my offer to the camper owners. Heads up to everyone...there are MANY camper dealership out there that DO NOT add excessive fees onto the quote...keep driving and save yourself thousands!! If you're selling your camper, these are NOT the people to use...remember they are probably making more selling their inventory.
- WDWilliam Day2 days ago1.0Needed a 12v pump and this was the closest immediate option. I assume many of the people there must be working on commision, they reeked of desperation to sell anything. Salesman waiting outside for a sale approaches us before ive even shut my engine off assuming im there to trade in my heavily upgraded and well maintained older winnebago (which was kinda insulting). Then my wife returns into the store after i bought the pump to find the two young and immature adults working the joint shit talking my family because we didnt want to buy some lame scam of a membership and insulting us cause we have slept in our RV at a truck shop. Not a great way to convince people to buy stuff. Yall suck. If you need parts youll have better luck at home depot

- BDBrenda DowdNov 6, 20255.0I bought a 2026 5th wheele and needed service the panima office called and had a tech here in just a few days I beleive his name was Wesley I can not say enough about him hes young and smart I was so amazed by his work ethic he dug right in and found the problem it was fixed after he fixed the problem he did a walk threw with me talked to me on how to do the up keep on camper gave me list of products to use from camper world showed me everything also gave some awsome tips on how to protect the camper to keep the maintenance up amazing young man thank you so for your support in the repairs and I would also like to add the service manger was very nice as well in buying a 100 doll camper these 2 men have been a blessing to work with
