The work was completed quickly without sacrificing quality, and everything was explained clearly. Overall, an outstanding experience with Autoglass — fast, reliable, and top-notch service.   If I could give 0 starts I would. From the day of scheduling the repair with the Largo location and now a month later still no resolution from them. I had a crack repaired and the lady who repaired it scratched my windshield in the process. The next day I took it in the the shop to show them what happened, they explained that it would not be charged to insurance and they would cover the replacement as there’s not a way to repair the scratches. After many confirmations of it being the servicer’s fault and my insurance wouldn’t pay, the man scheduled me a replacement with the palm harbor location. The day of the schedule replacement, I never got a confirmation or call, so I reached out. I was told someone was assigned to my ticket. 5 minutes later I received a call from the guy who was supposed to replace it saying the windshield they got was damaged (go figure). Scheduled another replacement two days later due to this, he comes out, and told me it would be ran through insurance. I let them know that it should be on the company because of the scratches caused by their service tech. He left & I had to call management. Spoke to the manager at the palm harbor location and he declined to replace it, said the other guy scheduled it under and insurance ticket and not the warranty as he should have, and told me to reach out to customer service to fix the issue or get a lawyer (like this is my fault??). Still have yet to get a resolution and only excuses from them at customer service as well. (Photos were provided as proof)

  The employees here don’t give a crap about anybody, especially Samuel, who works at the front desk and Chris The manager is never available when you need him. I don’t even think he actually goes to the store. My husband went in for a replacement windshield after his windshield was kicked in by someone with their foot, the worker goes out to turn the windshield wipers on to make sure they work and notices that it’s scratches my husband‘s brand new windshield. The worker is the one who brought it up to my husband and said do not worry it will be covered under warranty And here we are almost 2 weeks later went back for a warranty repair and they’re refusing to replace it unless we spend $71 on windshield wiper blades!! Total scam that’s how they make their money because they’re not getting paid for replacements on windshields. This is their employee’s fault that he scratched the windshield by turning on the wipers, which I understand is something you need to do to check that they work. But I get told by Samuel that all they do is lift up the wiper and wipe it they don’t even check to see if there’s debris or glass inside, which makes absolutely no sense when you’re supposed to clean the whole entire window, including all of the glass in the debris so things like this do not happen!! He also not one time apologized or showed any empathy towards our situation! I find it hilarious how I called corporate and they booked me with a appointment a week out and my husband shows up and you tell him you’re not going to do it!! All you guys want is money for windshield wipers people could literally buy online for $25 who is going to spend $71 on windshield wipers? Do better!!! Also train your employees how to speak to people!!

  Alex was rude and unprofessional towards customers. I brought my truck in twice, once for a Crack that they made bigger so they told me when I picked it up and said it needs a new windshield. So when I got it that nihit I asked if it will need a new oem windshield they said no. I bring next day and now they can't recalibrate my safety features do to not having a orm windshield put in. When I asked alex, why they did not put an o e m he blamed it on state farm, saying it their fault, and when I told him I told them to put in an orm he refused became nasty. Telling me next Tuesday they can well I'm on vacation from pa and that won't work. He told me he would reach out and set up with store in pa and guess what he nevered did I called and they had no clue what was going on. SAVE YOUR SELF TIME DON'T USE THIS LOCATION ALEX AND HIS TEAM SUCK!!!

  I was unable to see out the windshield due to deterioration of the tint and major scratches. It was dangerous to drive. My insurance company sent me to Safelite AutoGlass in Palm Harbor. Three days later, I had a new windshield installed in my driveway in 1 hour! John was on time, friendly & professional! I had no idea how bad the old windshield was until I looked through the new one! This is a great company!
