- NCNikki CzarneckiDec 26, 20251.0Tonight I went in this location. I stood behind a short line waiting for an order that Uber assigned me to. I saw a lady sweeping beside me so i politely asked about the order. She got snippy with me saying they are supposed to let me know when its ready and it just came through. When i told her I don't know if its ready or not Im just shown to pick it up, and she didn't have to have an attitude. She responded by saying she didn't and that was her being nice. If i keep it up she will go ahead and cancel the order and anothet driver can come get it. My choice. She can do that because she is a manager. I took my time and gas money to go there for that order, of course I didn't want her to cancel me. After I dropped off the order and I called her. I told her that I have not had anyone give me an issue or give me attitude about an order. Most people let me know, politely, if an order is ready or I am waiting. She hung up on me. I called back and tried to tell her it was beyond uncalled for to cancel the order but she hung up on me again. The thing is, I was representing a customer who had already paid, besides being a long time customer myself. If your store doesn't want Uber that you shouldn't be taking their customers from businesses who respsct the drivers. Whoever this lady is, I will be contacting the day manager as well as corporate. You were rude to the wrong one when I did nothing wrong but my job. I was polite and did not deserve this treatment.

They have 1 employee named "Kenisha" that tries to FORCE people that are paying with cash to use the self checkout. She talks crap about the customers that refuse to do so after they walk away. The problem with this is, if you're buying alcohol, they will ignore you until they take care of the whole long line before they get to you for the age verification when you just could've went to them much faster. Someone needs to inform Kenisha that the self checkout is for CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE AND NOT EMPLOYEE CONVENIENCE. She is the reason why I don't like going there anymore. She thinks she's more important than she is.
